The Staff was very friendly. I booked online and accidentally booked a handicap room. The clerk easily and politely fixed it. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food and condiments except for juice. The room and bathroom was clean. We got a room with 2 queen beds and there was a even a little sitting area with a couch.

Just a couple of small things, we were on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was out of order and there wasn't any vending machine so I had to go back to the 1st floor to get a drink. And they ran out of orange juice at breakfast.

The location was in walking distance to a couple of really neat restaurants. We ate at Razorback Pizza and watched Hogs softball and baseball while we ate. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Having a fridge in the room was really nice and the space was perfect for our party of 3.

The plug behind the bed was not completely secured to the wall. My daughter said the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. Even the king size bed was rather firm. The pillows went flat easily. The on/off buttons on the remote were opposite. Off turned the TV on and on turned the TV off.

Above all the staff had Operation EXCELLENCE on point! They went above and beyond! You have a AWESOME staff at this establishment! Aqaula:)

The bed did make my back hurt just a little! But I do have back problems!

Breakfast was very clean and organized with a nice selection of breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, toaster pastries, juice and coffee.

Staff was extremely courteous, beds were very comfortable, decor was up to date, room was clean.

The building was clean and rooms were clean. all amenities worked great.

The toilet didn’t flush correctly but it wasn’t a problem

Upgraded hotel. Be nice. Very clean. Large king room, with super large TV. Staff was friendly. Exceeded our expectations, even with reviewing great reviews.

Would have been nice if waffle makers were working.

Air conditioner did not cool the room adequately. Television stations were limited.

Housekeeping went out of her way to accomidate us. Everything we asked for was granted to us. Excellent house keeping staff!

The kindness of the staff. The lady that works the 3-11 shift was amazing she’s so nice and friendly. I can say I met a friend when I met her😊
