The location with city view was Beautiful especially at night. Was not over crowded the ambiance was inviting, nice staff Doris checked us in she was very polite, made us feel welcomed gave us the run down of the facility and the accommodations. Breakfast buffet was everything and more love the omelettes. The waiter Lois was sweet she makes sure your dining experience is what you came for. The Bagel bar inside the Hyatt has great coffee and breakfast bagels a must try as well. Everything is at the Hyatt you don't have to leave.

The ice machine on our level didn't work. The bathroom of the room had a brown hand print on the wall house keeping should pay attention to the bathroom walls. Other than that everything was Great!

Great snack shop open 24 hours was great, reasonably priced and convenient . Lots in foyer -chairs tables , lounges , workstations, atm , post box , vending machine for pharmacy . Ice machine on each floor .

Was a little expensive . Arrived internationally in morning and they admitted my allocated room was ready but I couldn’t access it early without early check in fee . I understand checking in early can’t be for everyone otherwise it just wouldn’t work ….. but if you arrive from airport and you have luggage and tired - and room is ready then why can’t access be gained .

Perfect location for me at the time. The room was exceptionally good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I did enjoy food from the onsite cafe. I just cannot fault this hotel at all and I have stayed in many around the world. If I return to Houston at any time, I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing that could have been better is if I was staying there when everything under the hotel and surrounding was open, rather than being there on thanksgiving with very little open.

The aesthetic of the lobby, the blackout curtains in the room, the valet parking option, the bar in the lobby, and how close it was to so many things in downtown Houston. Will definitely be recommending and staying at again in the future!

The bed mattress was not as soft as it appeared, and the pillows were way too soft. The shower was also not as appealing as the rest of the room. I'm over 6ft, and the shower head was set lower than what I would've expected. Aside from those little things, everything else was phenomenal for the price!

Immediately upon entrance at roughly 4pm yesterday, we were met with the utmost of a welcoming spirit by the front desk staff named "Jazmine." She was kind, patient, and warm. We told her we were there to celebrate a belated valentines day and she immediately proceeded to welcome us with the package that the hotel had arranged for guest on actual Valentines day. We enjoyed the chocolate and sparkling whine that same evening. Thank you Jazmine, your hospitality has clearly not been forgotten.

This was nothing that the hotel did, but it was colder than an eskimo in the middle of an Alaskan winter storm outside for some reason.

I really liked the staff, they were so polite & patient. The latch on my room door was broken when I arrived but maintenance fixed it right away. I also left my charger & had to go back the next day, the staff saved it for me while the doorman watch my car. The beds were so comfortable & the room size was amazing, I had the best sleep. The location was also great, mins from my job.

I didn't like that room service (food) is unavailable late night.

Everything! The experience was absolutely fabulous and everything was so stunning and true to photos. It's hard to take a bad photo as all of the design, both inside and out, is decadent and very modern. It has the feel and service of a 5-star hotel. The room service was delicious, the breakfast buffet was worth every penny and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I took a morning swim that was most invigorating and made it to breakfast by 8:30am. Everything was clean and up to par as far as no stains or anything on the fresh linens. The sofa bed was also very nice! The staff were all friendly, courteous and accommodating! Especially the young person with curly, short dark hair. I can't remember their name but they went above and beyond to help us with bellhop services.

The only complaint I have would be that the valet service was very slow. This is to be expected though since most places are short staffed post quarantine life. I would suggest calling for valet at least 20-25 mins in advance if you have somewhere to be. Otherwise, there is not much to complain about.

Property was in a great location downtown. Felt very safe and close to different events/venues I had planned during my stay. The rooftop and pool was a nice vibe. Loved the decor and string lights that hung making it inviting in the evening when the sun went down. Jany at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I had an issue with my credit card that delayed my check in process resulting in me calling my bank and having to go back and forth with them. She was extremely patient, kind and even offered a voucher to use the market for snacks while we waited. She gave us a great location for our room and ensured we had a great stay. Even during check-out she was a pleasure. What could have been a horrible start to my birthday weekend trip, Jany surely made it a pleasurable one. She’s one of your best assets to this property and should be properly recognized. Her customer service is exceedingly phenomenal. She went above and beyond and overall genuinely kind.

Valet parking was convenient and had in/out privileges however, at almost $50 per night was costly. Had to request the cleaners to clean out bathtub. It was very dirty and had a ring.

Room is a wonderful size and I always feel very comfortable at this hotel. The bed itself and pillows were a little hard, but the room and bathroom are spacious and clean. And I love the set up of the hotel. We didn't really have a view, and were overlooking the garage, but it still was enjoyable.

Nothing really - the parking can be a little confusing when you get there if you're new to the area and don't have a lot of experience with how parking works in bigger cities.

The place is very cozy ! The receptionist I have been talking to they have been extremely friendly and very very helpful, even though they always have an huge amount of work to do very day . In other words I had a very pleasant experience and I wish for all of them a lot of success !!

I really don’t have nothing to complain at all ! They simply deserve the best
