Location was perfect. Valet was very helpful and respectful. Staff at check-in was pleasant and efficient. Room was nice - bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, towels were good. Price was very reasonable.

Walls in hallways have an expected amount of wear. Exterior of windows needs washed but it was winter when we stayed so understandable. Odd observation - the provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all different / mismatched brands and smells. A fellow guest said ownership had just changed so maybe working through some older supplies?

That you had to pay $40 for valet services and they tried to charge an additional $19 to valet early while waiting for our room. The assistant general manager said he had no idea about it but waived it for us.

It is less than a mile walk to Ford Field. We were there to see Taylor Swift. The hotel is very lovely. Clean. Comfortable beds.

The only thing I was bummed about was the feeling I got price gouged. A $600 per night hotel feels like it should have been more fancy. Parking was also expensive.

Room was very clean, comfortable and the hotel was in walking distance to area attractions. Bills fans felt welcomed. Check in was smooth the day before Thanksgiving. Valet service was efficent.

The restaurant was closed the morning after Thanksgiving. The hotel staff didn't know this would be the case.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the building overall was generally clean and kept up nicely.

No privacy in the bathroom with only a sliding barn door and no bathroom fan. One of the beds in the room had a mattress that was sunk in on one side. Took more than a 1/2 hour to get our vehicle out of valet parking in the morning.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had a need in our room first thing in the morning and staff was there to accomodate and very friendly, once again! Valet parking staff was fun and energetic when we arrived and also when we left the next day. We would stay at Indigo Detroit again!

nice clean room, friendly staff, over all very nice

The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere great staff but the food was awful to say it nicely. The burgers had some kind of a dry rub that was awful and it was full of salt that we order more ketchup to cover the taste up. Their was three in our party and we all had the same thing to eat and all three burgers were the same bad, the french fries were very good.

The location. The bed wears also very very comfortable.

The shower wasn’t as clean as I expected. a car alarm was also going off for over an hour very early in the morning, but I don’t imagine there is much the hotel would have been able to do about that.

The restaurant was nice but way under staffed. My husband and I waiting for 30 minutes to get waited on for breakfast Saturday morning and they were not overly busy. Only one waitress . but when she finally took our order the food was out fast and very good.

Very slow elevators - even with three we seemed to wait longer than normal.

Nice clean room

I was charged one hundred dollar deposit on my debt card and i was told that would be credit back into my account after i checkout on 4th of September.Today is the 13 of September and i still have not had the money put back on my account.
