My fiance and I stayed in the room with the whirlpool for 3 nights. It was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable, it was very, VERY clean & the breakfast was amazing, I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at this property. From the time we arrived, everyone was very eager to go above and beyond to help us with any and everything we might need. The housekeepers do a wonderful job keeping the property exceptionally clean! We will definitely be coming back again!

Very convenient to the highway. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious.

The only problem was that we stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not clean our room. We were able to go to the front desk and get fresh towels and supplies

.Price was great for 2 nights. The spa tub was amazing. 4 adults could fit in that. Hotel was quiet. Had nice outdoor patio. Location was ideal, easy to get to from 87 and next to everything.

Hot tub was not running at pool the 2nd one was same temperature as pool water which was not warm enough to me. This was one of the reasons I chose hotel. I wish it had been stated. No patio chairs so you had to stand to be outside.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Much better than other hotels I've stayed at. The woman in charge was wonderful, constantly replenishing the things being served. The room used for breakfast was very clean also. Especially loved the pancakes and the Jetson style machine that made them.

The AC in our room was extremely noisy and would have made sleeping very difficult. When reporting it to the front desk, the problem couldn't be repaired that day so we were offered a different room with an upgraded bathroom.

The employee organizing the breakfast food was running late so it wasn't ready when we entered the breakfast room - we assumed the menu included only cereal with fruit and "serve yourself" pancakes. After 10 minutes, she arrived with eggs, sausage and bacon. Bread and muffins were not available as the delivery had not yet arrived.

We frequently come here for the spa bath. It's super clean, staff extremely nice. The rooms are nice beds are comfy and they have sliding glass windows you can park right out side your room. Many stores,restaurants. It's not costly and my wife and I think it's the best hotel around clifton park. Nice breakfast. Very nice people and place we love coming here to relax.

We booked a SMOKING room and were surprised that the room was still maintained and looked updated. We had bad experiences with other hotels and smoking rooms being unkept , but this hotel was great and quiet !

The spa tub was amazing, easily big enough for 2 fully grown adults. Breakfast was pretty good too.

TV was a little difficult to figure out how to work

Indoor pool was too cold to swim in. We never saw anybody in it. The breakfast was great and frieny staff.
