I like that it was very clean and is very close to everything you need away from home.

Didn't like that the breakfast was pretty much the same every day. The water wasn't hot enough. Otherwise, I love everything about this hotel.

I requested a 2 double room to accommodate 3 adults. When we got to the hotel we were offered a room with 1 king bed. They were finally able to find a 2 double bed room. Our floor had a broken ice machine. We asked for a roll away cot and we were told no because it would be a fire hazard. I have never been declined a rollaway bed in all my travels. We asked for the WIFI pw and were told that we could not have WIFI access because we booked thru a 3rd party and not Marriott. I am a Marriott reward mbr and they still declined to provide WIFI unless I paid 10 dollars extra per day.

The room was good size, convenient and well maintained. I liked the tiny convenience store in the lobby, although I wish it had more items for sale. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is 10 minutes from the university which is very convenient.

I don't think there was much to dislike. The neighborhood is not walkable, but that is to be expected in this area.

Very nice facility, the room was ready ahead of scheduled check-in time. Staff was very friendly (with the exception of the bartender).

My ex-wife coincidentally booked the same hotel using Booking.com and her rate was 20% lower for the exact same date. There was a very confused response to a fire alarm, the manager not really being able to tell guests what to do. Just "stand by" and await further instructions. No mention of whether or not to evacuate rooms, etc., then no follow up as to whether or not to return to rooms. It's a bit disconcerting that hotel management didn't know what instructions to issue in a potential emergency, whether one existed or not.

The bed was super comfy. The hot water was HOT and immediate.

I expected free wi-fi as I have had it at lower price points at other hotels. Breakfast buffet was highly suggested but the price was not displayed. It ended up being quite a bit more expensive than if I'd have ordered my own plate.

Perfect location for the Nassau Colleseum we were here to see a concert there. Large comfortable rooms. Bar/restaurant on grounds. Good food. Offer a breakfast buffet or sit down breakfast. Coffee maker in room friendly staff plenty of lobby areas to sit and work on your lap top or what not. Coffee and cold drinks available in lobby. I would absolutely stay here again

The staff and location was great. I stayed in room 442. Whoever the maid was for that room treated us very well. She was friendly and kind. The lobby of the hotel is elegant. Also the staff at the front desk was courteous and tended to all my needs. The rooms were clean. I appreciated the fruit infused water in the lobby.

I didn’t like that the rooms are so outdated and small. My bed linen was mismatched. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave.

Rooms are old. At check-in, rooms weren’t ready - not even at 5pm. No info was provided about the hotel. Not even where the elevators were.

the lobby was great, very inviting, great first impression. having a room that overlooked the pool was great as well.

the quality of the rooms could be better for the cost of the hotel. also, they charge $9.95 to use the internet to set up the tv in the room.
