Even so I got there after 4am, they checked me into a room. Daniel was working and is worried he may get fired, don't fire him for doing his job. You got paid, I had an emergency and came late. I tried calling 3 times and could not get passed the stupid options. It kept circling me around.

I don't like the fact that I may get charged more for coming after 4am. That doesn't make sense and not good customer service. So please don't.

I liked the location of it and how close it was to downtown. the waffles at breakfast were really nice, I liked that we got a breakfast for such a cheap stay.

the toilet was really water inefficient and took a lot of water to flush, it also kept making noise the whole time and was continuously running water into the bowl of the toilet. I also wish there was a recycling in the room/on the property.

The location was easy to find, the bed was comfortable & the room was clean. The door key was tricky to use.

The breakfast was a disappointment. There was no coffee creamer, the refrigerator was completely empty. The dining area was very sterile & uninviting.

Comfy clean room to stay while on my road trip near many other hotels and restaurants. Great location right off the freeway. It's near a Walmart too.

the security deposit was not explained right to me, the desk clerk told me, my card wasn’t going to be charge but just to hold but my card was charged

Not familiar with pricing in flagstaff but paying $180 a night for a room like that is crazy. The room was old, paint was chipping, the tv had a color blotch on the screen from someone hitting it by the looks of it.

Breakfast is good with few options. Room is very comfy and clean. I like the bed and pillow because it so soft.

I like my overall stay.

The guy at the front desk was amazing. He did everything possible to make my check in easy.

Booking.com was very rude to the clerk at check in.
