The location was great. Close to places I needed to go. The staff were friendly, especially the housekeeping staff, courteous when we passed each other. Laundry facility came in handy as did the vending machines. The heating from A/C was homely.

My only disappointment was having my door knocked on, then attempt to open it by a room Attendant whilst I had a DND sign on the door and had it locked. I opened it to an apologetic room Attendant saying they thought I was a checkout. I had extended the previous night.

Compact room but well laid-out. Same design as other Ibis (formerly Formule 1) - queen bed below, bunk above, a bit Spartan. The usual warning about not letting steam out of the bathroom that sets off the fire alarm. Small kettle and tea and coffee. Vending machine downstairs including microwavable pies (but no microwave that I could find!) (I cooked it at work). The neighbours were noisy when heard from the corridor but I didn't hear them from inside my room. Comfortable and clean. It's handy having a hand basin that is in the room rather than the bathroom -better light and no foggy mirrors. Good parking.

I've never been a fan of the Ibis bathrooms! There's no curtain for the shower, just a half divider from the toilet. This avoids mouldy shower curtains, but it also means the whole floor inside the bathroom gets wet. The trick is to put the bath mat just outside the bathroom so it doesn't get wet when you shower. Then move it back into the bathroom into a dry part when you're dry and finished. The floor dries out fairly quickly. It would be nice to have a microwave, but hey, for the price you can't expect everything!

The room was small but very clean, the bed was very comfortable and we could open the window with no traffic noise. Walked diagonally to a big club with all facilities for dinner. Perfect for what we needed and the price was amazing.

For the cost it exceeds expectations. It would always be lovely to stay in a big fancy place but we needed a bed and was surprised to have one so comfortable.

Room quite large. Bed was comfy. Plenty of parking. Able to walk to Westmead hospital (about 40 minutes), which is where I needed to go. Hotel location was easy to find.

Bathroom was a bit pokey, and there was no soap in the dispenser. I stayed 2 nights, but my room was not serviced during my stay. Breakfast not available early. Otherwise all ok.

Our room was clean, beds very comfortable, linen and towels fresh and replaced and remade for second night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and staff member made a great cappuccino, couldn't fault our stay.

Would have been handy to have maybe a chux wipe to use to wash cups and wipe sink over and maybe a tea towel.

The staff member on front desk in the mornings was the highlight of our stay. Super friendly service and helpful to a solo mother with 3 littles ones.

The room is small for small children but for a place to lay your head at night it was comfortable. The bathroom is tiny as well.

The bed was very comfortable.. Has iron and hair dryer at reception.

The ladder up to the bunk was difficult to climb. breakfast was very poor, we stayed thur - Monday. Our room was not cleaned at all but bin was emptied on the Friday.

It was close to major roads and it was a good place for a quick stopover with breakfast & easy parking

The shower & toilet was a bit small. Our room window faced the major road and was noisy. It was not too much of concern for us, as we got in late and had to leave early the next day. It might be a bit more quieter if we had rooms on the other side.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was what was required for somewhere to sleep with full on days of martial arts competition. The assistant manager was lovely. He was friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond for me and we had a few conversations and he actually seemed to care about what we spoke about.

It was comfy and really good for the 6 nights that I stayed. I had the best night sleep because I had an air con in my room and also the hotel was very quiet at night which was amazing!!
