LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. STAFF FRIENDLY AND OBLIGING. A LITTLE BIT NOISY FROM STREET WORK BELOW.

NOISY ELEVATOR RIGHT NEXT TO ROOM.

Big room with desk/table and plenty of space in the main room. All expected facilities available (hair dryer, ironing board, fridge, wardrobe, bag stand, etc) and comfy bed. Lots of mirrors and power points always a bonus. Good lighting, especially in bathroom.

Bathroom was TINY. Tap overshot the handbasin when turned on! No room to place toiletries in the bathroom (thank goodness for the big table in the bedroom). Shower in corner of bathroom had curtain and no lip on the floor to prevent water spreading. Terrible water pressure. TV was very difficult to navigate.

Good location, it’s in the heart of CBD. The hotel is surrounded with restaurants, shops. The station for trains, trams and buses are just a minute walk from the hotel. The famous Hyde Park is just a minute walk from the hotel. Going to Opera House is just 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes from tram. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent hotel to stay.

The hotel location is amazing, in the middle of CBD area, every major tourist destinations are walking distance. The staffs are super friendly and surprisingly they even have staffs speaks Bahasa, which is a cherry on top. The room is decent and clean. Sandwich bars and cafes are also located in this property. Coin laundry with a view, since it is located on the top of the building was convenient also equipped with mini library which was super thoughtful so we can read books while waiting laundry to be done.

The rooftop is good but maybe need some amenities. Unfortunately we haven’t use the pool on the rooftop since it’s winter, duh!

Location was excellent - very central. The room was great - we were given 3 single beds, as requested - and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, and it was nice to have access to Foxtel. The staff were also great - friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was a little small, and it would have been great to have a bit of storage - but it was fine for 2 nights. The room in general was a little smaller than expected, but, again, fine for 2 nights, and very comfortable.

Park Regis is close to the venue we were going to and close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently refurbished. Check in and out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Wi-Fi was free and connected without the need for a password. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner was in large refillable bottles, not small throwaway ones, a plus for the environment and the labels were large enough to be read without glasses.

There is nothing that I didn't like about the room, the staff or the location.

LOCATION was brilliant. 5 minute walk to Town Hall, State theatre where we went to see a show, Hyde Park etc. Coffee shop, pub, Starbucks as well, Myers near by, Hungry jacks across the road. Really brilliant location for what we needed. STAFF were very friendly and smiled a lot. Felt quite welcomed by them. Helpfull as well PARKING AT THE HOTEL. Reasonably priced and convenient to park within the heart of the city. Brilliant. SHOWER had plenty of good hot running water.

The bathroom was efficient BUT TINY. As a mid sized bloke I was having difficultly negotiating the door, sink and toilet area and if I was a large bloke I may have struggled.

Whilst the room was not overly large it suited my wife and I as we were in Sydney for one night. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and functional. The shower without a glass screen was tiny, the curtain was adequate. The hot water in the shower was very good. Value for money was excellent and only 200 meters from Town Hall Station. Maybe the bathroom door on the inside was a negative as the inside hinges were rusted and untidy .

Only two towels for a couple is not enough and in winter, not enough time to dry if people want a shower before dinner and in the morning.

very nice staff, comfy beds (they had extra blankets!!) and air conditioning which was very appreciated in the cold Sydney winter… close to the QVB, china town and the galleries- the harbour was a very easy light train or bus away. getting to places like Burwood a bit further out was just as easy through the train station nearby!

the bathroom is in dire need of a heat fan/ air vent thingy I reckon- sometime that at leasts stops the fogging cause one of us would have a shower in the morning and the mirrors would just stay fogged and wet the entire day- not really a huge issue though as it’s affordable short stay accommodation and if we cracked the window open afterwards if would help a fair bit, though I could imagine it causing issues to the bathroom in the future with water damages… probably also needs an extensive clean in the bathroom corners and tiles needs some tlc but other than the bathrooms condition everything else was absolutely perfect and comfortable!

It is close to everything. What I love most is it’s proximity to the park, the domain and then the botanical gardens. Very refreshing for an early morning walk before you head off to an office somewhere. Also extremely close to both shops, bars, restaurants, Woolworths and Officeworks and big W for last minute supplies.

No cutlery in the rooms. I was clear where to find some however when I asked, the staff did say there were cutlery packs behind the counter. Maybe have one in the room as I noticed Sydney Uber and restaurants no longer supply utensils with your food.
