This hotel was located right in the Brisbane CBD and walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Just a few blocks from the Queen Street Mall, or to the casino, or to the botanical gardens. The room was equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and pod coffee machine (including a selection of pods). The bed and pillows was so comfortable (probably the best bed I have ever slept in in a hotel) and the bath towels were big and fluffy. I would highly recommend staying here and would do so again if ever in Brisbane.

The pool temperature was a little cool for my liking. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower appeared to have been diluted, as they were very watery.

I'm only commenting because the standard has dropped since last visit, meaning my expectations were higher. My room was not as clean this time and was lacking teaspoons, a tea cup and robes. I requested robes from front desk but they were not delivered. Later I went to the desk and was given a pair. I requested spoons and tea cup from housekeeping staff in the hallway but they were also not delivered.

Location of hotel was fantastic, and the amenities were top notch. We particularly enjoyed the gym and the pool. Another note was the free laundry facilities open 24/7. Our room was beyond quiet and the lifts were fast and we didn’t have to wait long. Staff always on hand to assist.

We did think the room was smaller than expected and our bathroom toiletries were filled with water so we did have to go and buy body wash and shampoo. Also we only had two days housekeeping came but we did stay over Christmas.

Clean and comfortable in a good location.

The restaurant manger was displayed disgraceful behaviour. After paying for our meal, I made comment that the pork I ate was a bit too dry and could she convey it to the chef. She became agitated and spoke very quickly in broken English that was hard to understand. I asked if she could speak more slowly in plain English so we could understand. She then went completely over the top calling me a racist and told us (not asked) to leave. We were on our way out anyway. As we got to the door, she was still in an agitated state and then raised her hand on my wife and tried to push her towards the door (that’s assault). The manageress should be severely reprimanded for her totally unacceptable behaviour. We won’t go there again ever.

Excellent inner City location, with a friendly vibe. We loved the Sauna & Steam room facilities.. and were our main reason for selecting this hotel. Room was comfy, and espresso machine is also a nice plus. Staff were accommodating and helpful on all our requests.

We had wanted a little more community space to work and chill. Ie.. no real business centre, and no outdoor spaces. We thought there was an outdoor pool, but was only indoor. Sauna + steam are separate male & female, so we couldn't go together. Some more attention to detail on toiletries .. our body wash was empty. But promptly resolved. Overall.. very good facilities though.

We were thoroughly impressed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering one of the best nights of sleep I've had. The room was impeccably clean, and the modern furnishings added a touch of luxury and style. The soundproofing was excellent; despite the hotel being fully booked, it was wonderfully quiet. Overall, Capri by Fraser exceeded my expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, and chic decor. Highly recommended!

While our stay at Capri by Fraser was exceptional, one minor inconvenience was the need to park offsite. Although it wasn't too far and the hotel provided clear directions, it would have been more convenient to have on-site parking available. However, this small issue didn't overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had with the comfort, cleanliness, and modern amenities of the hotel.

It’s in the heart of CBD. Easy access to train and all other public transport. The place was clean, had a very welcoming vibe, modern facility, staff were attentive and overall a great cosy place to stay in the Brisbane city. Little kitchenette and microwave was a bonus. Will definitely consider staying here again. Self check in/out was a great idea especially if there was a long line up checking in and all you want to do is get to your room and relax. Self check in was easy and convenient.

No Woolies or Coles nearby. There were two convenient stores on either side of the place but we all know the prices in these stores - triple or maybe x5 times than Woolies or Coles. Our sink at that time was so slow draining the water, we informed the staff on check out.

I loved the exceptional customer service I received when I arrived at the hotel to check in and checking out when I was leaving! The staff gave me all the information and explained everything that I needed to know. The room was absolutely stunning, the bed was comfy, bathroom had exactly what I needed, had a bathtub, had nice soaps and body lotions, had nice shampoo/conditioner/ body wash, had a nice shower head (the one that rains), sink was beautiful and modern and the housekeeping service was absolutely amazing! The housekeepers made my bed, cleaned my kitchen sink, re stocked tea/coffee and gave me new towels/ toilet paper each time. I can't think of anything that I need to complain about, not had one issue that occurred! I really am so happy I chose to stay at Capri By Fraser, thank you to the desk staff and housekeeping staff really appreciate everything! I am definitely coming back the next time I'm back in Brisbane! Thank you again 😃😊

The friendly service at the front desk was exceptional. I asked for my room to have a bath tub and the Team came through with my request so that made me feel very welcoming as a traveller.

My room door wasn't able to close properly unless pulled a little more with force which was manageable however when housekeeping was done they didn't close the door properly so after returning from my shopping I found my room door unlocked but nothing was missing from my room. Just something to note to always check room doors are properly shut/closed after housekeeping is done.

The property was located in a great spot, lots of shopping and food close by and easily walkable. Room was a good size and very comfortable.

I left my towels etc on the hook so they were not replaced daily but they were replaced anyway. Not a huge deal but as there is a sign in the bathroom detailing the process I was surprised. There were also a couple of times things were left in strange places - like milk in the bathroom.
