Beautiful premises, comfortable and clean in an excellent location in Cairns. Close to airport and all amenities in town. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a barbecue area near the pools. The beds were comfy. Rachel in reception was so friendly and was incredibly helpful and suggesting snorkelling tours.

Because we were a large family group of 7 adults, we booked two luxury 2-bedroom apartments. We were very disappointed to see that while one apartment (No 206) was excellent and spacious, the second was not of the same quality (No 205). It appeared to be much smaller both in the number of rooms (there was no study room) and in size (it appeared to be only about 2/3 the size of the better apartment). There was no bath, the kitchen was not part of the living room configuration, and the bedrooms were quite a lot smaller. Further, the apartment was close to the hotel next door with noisy vehicles coming and going. In all, there was a big difference in quality for the same price. I would recommend that the owners of the apartments considered downgrading apartment 205 from luxury to standard.

Cairns is truly a wonderful place, and our stay there was incredibly enjoyable. The facilities and amenities were excellent, with the well-equipped kitchen being particularly impressive. The spacious kitchen allowed us to cook together as a family, creating wonderful memories. Additionally, having a washing machine and dryer available made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated being able to watch Netflix and other streaming services on the TV, which allowed us to enjoy movie nights with the kids. The location was fantastic, with the proximity to the beach providing the perfect setting. The daily cleaning service was also greatly appreciated, keeping everything spotless throughout our stay.

I had a really wonderful experience. I couldn't find any negative points.

Location is within walking distance of Esplanade and restaurant area. Apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen (with all required facilities) and a large living room with dining area and sitting area.

As we flew in to Cairns late we arrived after reception closing time. We had to get our room key from a lock box which worked fine, except when we got into the elevator it didn't work. Luckily someone just called the elevator to our floor so we could go up with all our bags. Turned out that we didn't receive the correct card to tap the elevator pad to get it to access our floor.

Our accommodation was exactly what we wanted, 3 bedrooms, all with aircon, fan and tv. The apartment was very clean and well looked after, with modern facilities. The apartment was a 5-10 minute walk to all the restaurants. The pools were clean, we used the smaller one at the back. No noise, very quiet. Big kitchen entertainment area. Loved the noodles in the pool, we stayed there for hours.

There were a couple of things we needed to fix, the Ice machine in the fridge which my husband cleaned out and fixed, the plug got stuck in the main bathroom and the remote holders came off the wall but all very minor issues that were easily fixed. Would have been great if there was some cards or board games etc.

Location was excellent, the apartment very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The swimming pools were great. Fiona on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and patient and helped us organise two outings at short notice. We were very grateful to her.

My only small point is that it would have been helpful to have more instructions in the apartment on how all the equipment etc. worked, rather than finding out through trial and error. However everything else was of a very high standard.

Great apartment, really good use of space, had everything we could need and we got lucky we had a small view of the esplanade. Excellent location we alaked to most places in CBD and had a hire car for trips around Cairns. We have been staying at Cairns Vision on and off for more than 10 years. Sometimes we will try other serviced apartments but you just can’t beat the friendless of the staff, the user friendliness of the apartments and location! So we keep coming back. Thank you

We arrived in Cairns early in the morning for my first Full Ironman. Upon arrival at Vision Apartments, we were greeted by hosts Steve and Natalie Mullins who were incredibly friendly and informative. I was so pleased to be advised that our apartment was cleaned and ready to check in at 10:00am. We were given a really warm welcome and an amazing explanation about the facilities. The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious and had a beautiful view over the esplanade and the ocean. I can't wait to go back next year!

Lovely spacious apartment and great hosts. Modern kitchen with all the facilities I needed. Loved the private laundry room with washer and dryer. Parking space a bonus. Comfy bed.

I wish the allocated parking space had been a bit larger, but they were all the same - after a few attempts I was managing just fine, so no issue, just a slightly nervous driver having to park next to a luxury vehicle!

We wanted to be right on the esplanade and close enough for an easy walk to the centre and this apartment fit the bill perfectly. We didn’t get a water view but it was still lovely. Very spacious and had two lovely bathrooms with shampoo/cond and body moisturiser. Everything you need in the kitchen. Lovely clean pool overlooking the water. Quiet. Nice furnishings. glad to have secure parking. We were in room 106 which was three bedrooms. Plenty of room for larger groups.

The property is the perfect location on the esplanade. Short walk down the street to heaps of shops and restaurants. It was also very easy to be found by Ubers and good delivery services. The property has two pools which were both very well kept and great for either families or just sitting quietly. The rooms were also very quiet and we barely had any noise from the neighbouring rooms. In our three bedroom apartment, each room had its own aircon so the place was very comfortable into sleep in when it was hot. Also a special mention to Rachel who was amazing at answering our questions and helping to facilitate any of our requests!
