Incredible views of the esplanade. Excellent location, central to restaurants and cafes. The room was comfortable and spacious with excellent facilities for a family of 5.

Given the central location of the apartment, we could hear a lot of the noise from the streets at night with loud music and general traffic sounds. This was the case even with the windows closed. Also, given the length of stay, it would have been appropriate for the soap, shampoo/conditioner and cleaning products to be supplemented when the sheets/towels were changed.

Apartment had large balcony overlooking the bay. Location was perfect on esplanade, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Ferry terminal short walk away. We can’t thank our hosts enough as we left our passports and money in apartment after checking out - Theona tried to contact us by phone but failed therefore sent an email to let us know and as we’d travelled 2.5 hours south by time we got message she then arranged for someone to bring the passports half way down to us - EXCEPTIONAL service 😊thank you

Richard and Thania could not have been more helpful. They were always on hand and responded quickly to messages/requests. The accommodation is in a prime spot for EVERYTHING and the apartment boasts all you need for a feel like a home from home stay. The views were spectacular. Suitable for a small or large family. Great open space. Just a wonderful wonderful place with wonderful people who could not have been any friendlier, honestly AMAZING!

The lighting was quite dim and it felt like it needed a bit of a paint refresh.

We got the semi penthouse, which was not expected. The views were amazing. Location was brilliant and the place was spotless.

We specifically requested a room with twin beds, as were were travelling with my dad and my cousin. This was confirmed by the host, but when we arrived we found queen beds in both rooms. We got an SMS from the host on arrival that said to get in touch if anything was required, so we replied with this issue. Heard nothing back, leaving one of us sleeping on the couch for 4 nights, as it was awkward for any 2 of us to share the same bed. Other than that, the stay was great

Great location central to Cairns, allowing walking distance to most things, especially restaurants and cafes along the esplanade. Also a great view from a great balcony that allowed comfortable outdoor dining. The apartment not only looks great with modern design and features, it is also fully self contained with everything you need.

The garbage shoot in the building is very small and undercover secured parking a bit tight. However these are relatively minor inconveniences and in no way adversely affected our stay.

The location of the apartment was excellent as it was close by many eating places and in walking distance of all central Cairns. The view of the harbour over the esplanade was interesting and enjoyable. The apartment was very spacious and adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable. The host communicated very well before and during the stay.

While most areas of the apartment have been revamped, the bathrooms are in need of a facelift. Also, some creature comforts such as a few scatter cushions and pictures on the walls would have lifted the very monochromatic colour scheme.

Appropriately equipped for 2 weeks stay. the entry was easy and the car park also easy to use and all felt secure. The view was great and the balcony furniture added to the experience of being able to take our meals overlooking the sea

The apartment is beginning to look its age and could do with some decorating and smartening up. Didn't appreciate having personal belongings thrown away. Had to go out and buy more soap and my husband's razor was thrown - it was not disposable. Although the owner sent texts and emails to inform us of things which were replied to, a question to him was never answered

Right in the heart of the Esplanade. Easy walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean, everything worked and the beds were comfy. It was lovely to sit on the balcony to watch the sunrises and sunsets with the stunning view. The property also has two pools, a sauna, a spa and a tennis court for residents and guests to use, which were also clean and well maintained. It was a joy to stay here.

The location was fantastic, right on the main strip with restaurants close by as well as Woolworths, bottleshop. We had apartment 42 within the complex. Just don't go too much by the pictures as you don't know what apartment you will actually get, we thought we would have a full 180 view but didn't, still a nice view ( plus a small rear balcony) but a bit misleading when they have multiple apartments to rent. Quite a few apartments opposite looking into ours. Richard had great communication, easy check in/Check out Great amenities in apartment to cook your own food, as it's quite a tourist town, food can get expensive eating out for family Separate toilet from 2nd bathroom was great.

Not knowing what apartment you will get. Photos are all a mixture. If you go for premium then more chance of 180 degree views, more up to date rooms, we just went standard. Still nice as per pics. Can get quite noisy in the morning, main bedroom is towards the back and bins get emptied quite early. Family in I think apartment 63 ( Premium) main bedroom at front, super noisy birds out front lol and some pedestrian noise too.

Apartment was modern, clean, quiet and in a perfect location. Had almost everything we needed for a week long stay. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely be back again 🙂

Kitchen in our apartment could do with a microwave and more cutlery( missing sharp knives). Better blockout blinds would have been great for the morning light in the bedrooms too. Just suggestions but overall wouldn’t stop us from coming back again 🙂
