The location in proximity to the CBD was great as was easy drive or use the tram if not shopping

The 5.30 am approx wakeup via the Pilates studio directly underneath. Could repeat word for word the instructor was giving and the music was loud enough to have held a Pilates session in the apartment for free. That’s it ladies now push it push it let’s go is stuck in my head along with daughter. Holidays should be stress free that’s why we take them to relax. Make sure your phone always has charge for unlocking the security locks or you just might need sleep in your car or on the ground with the way the system works for your key

Clean and modern facilities. It would be perfect for a long stay as this room had everything in it. Nice private parking available. They were kind enough to let me access the parking spot before the check in time. We parked then went off to do our own thing and then returned and checked in later on.

Wasn't sure about the check out procedure as the check in and out process is done remotely. They do advise us of this though. Check out details may have been on the booking.com app but couldn't find much info. We didn't want to call and bother anyone. We just left at the checkout time and hoped for the best. It's been a couple of days and no follow up so it must be pretty simple. The room is accessed via a digital key so it expires after designated checkout time. Be careful about forgetting your belongings past the time limit to avoid inconvenience.

The apartment was so lovely we all said that we could easily live in it. Loved the layout, the amenities, having a laundry, a coffee machine, and two bathrooms - including one with a bath (and the toiletries are Australian brand, Nood). Apartment is beautifully styled, clean and felt fresh. Large balcony - perfect for dining and relaxing. Conveniently located.

A small negative - we left our room at 10am but with Mum having Alzheimer's it took 10 minutes to get downstairs and to the parking gate - by this stage we were locked out and had to call to get it opened - might be nice to have a 15min leeway.

The location was close to the showgrounds where the Adelaide Rally was based. Within a few metres of the location there are a number of places to eat and a convenience store just across the road.

The app and security measures were a bit tedious and often didn't work first time. We also locked ourselves out at one point and had to ring for assistance. Having the ability to have the app on two phones would have been more convenient. The app did not allow access from the carpark even though a sign directed us to use it. Otherwise, a very good spot.

Spotlessly clean. Very new apartment. Quiet at night. Large bathroom. Comfortable sofa. Adequate facilities to cook in the room or can walk to numerous eateries & supermarket. Secure, free parking, although a little tight for larger cars. Didn't realise I had to run video every time I used the digital key but Steven was available on the phone to help. Appreciated the coffee machine. Great introductory offer on price. Stayed in a bedroom apartment.

Lots of security taps from car to room when unloading luggage from car but ok once a routine is worked out. Missed the driveway first time but can go around the block. Don't try to turn in from city side of Goodwood Road.

Superb location, clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities available. Everything was just perfect including the staff.

During our stay at the hotel, we noticed that the soundproofing between the rooms connected by a door was not very effective. We could hear the conversations and activities of the neighboring guests as if they were in our own room. There was a somewhat embarrassing incident when a young couple next door didn't realize how easily sound traveled since they were enjoying their own time, but we were fortunate that we didn't have children with us to explain them what’s really going on. Overall, it would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing for a more peaceful stay.

This place has everything going for it. Super clean and fresh, uncluttered, comfortable mattress, located in attractive, leafy suburb with restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of minutes walk, 2 minute walk to the tramline to city (or a pleasant 5 km walk to city), has everything needed including washing machine, full range of kitchen items. While we did hear some sounds from neighbouring apartments, it was only minor. Overall, we really felt we scored with this place!

I did not like the fact that we had to download an app to obtain an electronic key which we found hard to navigate at first when trying to unlock doors. Using unfamiliar technology was challenging (probably reflects my age), but when we rang for help, they were very helpful and problem solved quickly. I'm sure that next time I book a place using the same technology, it will be ok and convenience will trump the impersonality of service.

Great location, clean rooms, new and tastefully chosen cutlery and crockery, refillable shampoo and conditioner and soap, comfortable beds, Disney+ !

Wasn't sure what to do when bins got full, had to bother the poor cleaner every time (she was so patient and lovely). Also, the JustIn mobile app was clever BUT with 5 occupants and just one phone to let us all in, that was very inconvenient. Family members had to call the person with the phone and get them to come down and let them in.

It’s more like Airbnb in an apartment , which don’t have staff and use app to access the rooms. Very clean convenient neighbourhood. We drove from Melbourne to celebrate Christmas in Adelaide, the CBD is 10 minutes drive only. Would definitely Recommend it to my other friends who wanna stay there in the future. Very secure place to park our car inside a gate which was also for free. The bed is so big and comfy~ including a sofa bed.

Since it’s a Airbnb , they don’t have cleaners to clean our place everyday. But we only stayed for two nights , so it wasn’t a big deal. Also , the room seems to be connected with another room ( a locked door ), it’s easy to hear the people from the other side. And sometimes we could hear each other laughing from the elevator. Noise canceling was poor.

The apartment was huge, no traffic or tram noise reached us. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was super comfy. The A/C worked quietly. The television was positioned sensibly and had access to pay TV if you have your own account.

There was no key or onsite staff to help. I had trouble figuring out the electronic key system, but was able to phone the company and they helped me navigate how to use it. Finding the car park using Google Maps doesn't work. You enter it via Goodwood Road, not Railway Terrace!
