Great retro apartment in a nice neighbourhood within easy drive of the city. Some lovely touches were provided including BBQs and BBQ supplies. A lot of effort had clearly gone into producing the guest compendium with suggestions of things to do and places to eat.

The apartment does feel its age and I did expect this, but had hoped to be given one of the newer apartments. I likely would have paid more to upgrade if the information on booking was clearer on which apartment types were newer, but apartments online were split by facilities (bath etc) not age. We reached the place easily by car, but it would have been difficult to navigate to via public transport.

The unit had everything you need - kitchen well stocked with cookware etc, iron, hairdryer, extra bedding and Netflix. I took my aged mother, and it was nice to have somewhere you could relax at the end of the day. Electric blankets if you need them. Laundry available. Easy access to main roads, 7 minutes or so into the city. Shopping centre just down the road.

Being older, the walls and windows are a bit thin, but some earplugs resolved that.

It was clean, , quiet, comfortable and self-contained. It was a short driving distance to Hobart. We had an issue with an electrical appliance triggering a power fuse one evening. Although the reception office was shut, we rang the emergency number and a diligent lady came out and reset the fuse for us within about twenty minutes which I thought was a pretty good turnaround time.

I wish I could have stayed there longer to explore more of Hobart and the surrounds.

The property was clean and the facilities were good. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was ample space for me and my partner, two teenage girls, a teenage boy and a 3 year old! All of the facilities in the apartment allowed us to cook dinner, lunches and had plenty of cutlery etc for all 6 of us. Overall, really pleased.

Nothing really. Shopping centre was within walking distance and everything was very accessible by car. If you didn't have a car, perhaps that could lead to a few hassles.

Location is amazing - it's off the main roads and very quiet. The rooms were small but comfortable. Both the people at reception were amazing to talk to and gave us plenty of tips. There's a shopping centre 4-5 blocks away with a 24hr kmart - was great to get a few things for the kids when it was raining. They even have ramps to rooms as there are 3-4 steps to get to the lower level accommodation - steps were a bit slippery when wet but there are handrails.

Minor things like trying to get a car spot close to our room as there are no numbered spots, but not a big deal.

We had a great stay at Graham apartments. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was comfortable, spacious and in a peaceful location just outside the city. The staff were extremely friendly, allowing us an early check in and providing us with biscuits. We were out for the afternoon while the new air conditioning unit was being installed and the host kindly turned it on for us so the apartment was nice and cool when we came back. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for a one night stay. Little kitchen was great, good size bathroom. Single beds had electric blankets but not the queen bed but the heater in the loungeroom heated the whole place anyway. An awesome information booklet and plenty of family friendly advice! There were plenty of parking spots. Pretty view at night from the first floor.

Missed the driveway the first time because it's tucked in a residential street. The bedrooms had very old style wardrobes but beds were comfy and I would definitely stay there again

Exceptional value for money. Not ultra modern but we didn't expect it to be for the price we paid. The apartment was roomy, spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we required for a 2 night stay. Beds were very comfortable and the area quiet. We were greeted with a smile from the gentleman behind the counter at reception when we arrived to collect keys. We highly recommend Graham Court to anyone requiring more budget accommodation at an affordable price. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are all within walking distance.

Clean and comfortable. Kitchenette was updated. Gardens were lovely. On site parking and laundry facilities which was a bonus. Handy location to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly.

The beds "mattresses" were a little bit hard.

Staff were so very friendly and helpful. They went over went and above what was expected. I felt comfortable talking to them. Short distance from New Town Shoping centre .. Coles Kmart etc. The surrounding houses and area were beautiful. I loved the flowers, trees and view in the garden. Plenty of towels. It is basic accomadation but has what you need for a short stay. Building was nostalgic. Lots of parking. I would stay there again.

The pillows were not comfortable and require replacing. Not firm or good for those whom have neck issues. Prefer body wash and liquid soap to soap for hygiene reasons.
