It was a comfortable stay, very quiet, clean smaller Motel.Opening window, which was great for fresh air. Slept very well in the comfy bed.Lovely views! Great reception when we arrived.

Very steep driveway ( but that's Launceston and saw many steep driveways while there. It did freak me out a bit as it was wet when we arrived) and a bit of a difficult driveway to get in & out of, but we managed in the end! Would have liked a toaster in the room if the motel doesn't offer breakfast service or have a restaurant. We had to drive to find a cafe, nothing we could see close by to walk to. I did realise it didn't have a toaster before I booked but when your away for a little while it gets costly buying 3 meals a day & sometimes just want a lazy morning without having to go out. This is just a suggestion not a complaint.🙂

The location is great on the edge of the city park . It’s less than a 10 walk to the the city’s Monkeys. A litt”e further on are good food locations entertainment and shopping. The cataract Google is a must including the first pool which has one of the best parks I’ve seen for locals and tourists .if it’s a hot day take you4 swimmers

Launceston is a hilly city. The hill from the park to the accommodation is very very steep approx 2:1 ratio. For 100/ 150 mtrs . Care must be taken , if unfit take a lift. Our room was a little tight , staying more than 2 nights could be an issue.

Very nice hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. It was appreciated, to have makeup remover and cloths provided and the towels were not white, which was nice for a change

Top level parking area was difficult to negotiate and if full, there was insufficient room to turn around in order to go to lower lever parking. The steepness of the road made reversing out difficult. The rooms were well set out and towels and toiletries were sufficient. Unfortunately the bed was very hard. This was the only issue we had.

Due to afternoon sun the room was warm and remained very comfortable in the cold weather due to double glazing. We left something in the room and only realised a couple of days later. It had been located and they held it for a family member to connect.

On site parking was limited but adjacent street parking was readily available. We had one night of each. Site is very steep and it is not easy to 'walk the hill' as a person over 70.

There was a view, it was a quite position. it was very comfortable with the bed and pillows, it was clean

Just a few points worth noting The TV was hard to operate some channels not working. The shower gel was very hard to operate needing about 8 pumps to obtain enough to wash with. The toilet seat was loose although beautifully clean. There was an unpleasant smell while showering maybe the drains need to be cleaned. As we didn’t see any staff I wasnt sure what the kitchen was used for yet it was in use as we heard the crockery being used.

The accommodation is in an idea spot, only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre/main area. The receptionist was lovely and gave some fantastic coffee/cafe/restaurant recommendations. The bed and pillows were my favourite, they were so comfortable - like floating on clouds. & the shower pressure was that of what every girl dreams of. I enjoyed my stay.

Not the properties fault at all - but unfortunately the fridge made loud noises until just before 2am when it randomly stopped and I could finally get to sleep.

I had let the hotel know that I would be arriving on an early morning flight (through my booking notes), and I received a phone call late morning to let me know that my room was ready - I found this to be exceptional as it demonstrates that this hotel takes note of your potential needs and provides an appropriate response, without me having to make a request. The location is excellent and there is plenty of parking on site. The rooms are nicely appointed. The beds are comfortable and the linen is lovely. The shower was excellent - plenty of hot water. The supplied toiletries were very good. Check in was very quick and easy, similarly with the check out process. I look forward to my next stay.

My room was close to the night door, so I did hear one or two people returning to the hotel in the evening, but that was the only noise I heard. The WiFi is adequate for holidays searches, but it would be slow if you needed to use it for anything more intensive. I could not fill up the kettle in my room, so I had to use the kitchen sink in the servery area.

Very comfortable and sunny with a lovely view. Grateful to receive an upgrade at checkin

Very steep car and pedestrian access (although I was aware that this was the case prior to making my reservation). Difficult to walk to and from the accommodation for anyone with mobility issues - we were fine (both in our 70s with reasonable fitness levels). In saying that, I would happily stay here again in the future

Really nicely equipped room with a lovely view. Great value for money.

Rain while we were in town made it feel like a bit less convenient location for walking in town and the night door access didn’t have good cover. The upper level car park is small so likely to need to park down another level, but we didn’t have a problem getting a park on the lower level.

Smooth check-in process. Spacious and clean room and bathroom, nice view over Hobart. Portacot was already set up for our baby (requested prior). Note there is no lift for 2nd storey rooms. The hotel is located on a steep hill, but walking distance to City Park (if you don't mind walking up the hill!)

The hill- but that can't be helped by the hotel! Everything else was great.
