Location was great. Having private parking close to our room was good. The housekeeping staff are very helpful and professional in their assistance to our requests. The Reception has alot of information on Melbourne and Victoria if you are doing a road trip. We were able to dine at the Reflections Restaurant at the Best Western which was located next door. Also in walking distance the Westmeadows Shopping village had a good range of eating places including - Leks Thai Restaurant and also a supermarket which is always handy. The Westmeadows hotel serving good food. We would definitely consider staying again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were amazing, so helpful. Out TV didn't work properly and it was replaced within 20 minutes. We also had an anti invasion,and again it was fixed really quickly. The guest laundry was great, but not opening until 9:00am wasnt ideal, if trying to get a liad washed and dried before going out for the day. The cabin was old and in need of several maintenance issues. I left a note outlining these when we left. Having said that, we were happy as it was decent value.

There were major maintenance issues - the shower heaad sprayed water directly into the ceiling fan, and needs to be adjusted The kitchen light switch on/off interfered with the TV, and we also got a couple of small "zaps". Not being able to access the guest laundry until 9:00 am.

It's always so clean and the beds and pillows are always comfortable. Shower simple but has good pressure, plenty of towels. I'm always late and exhausted by the time i get there,so having such clear instructions emailed to me as to how to get the key and maps so I can find the cabin is just awesome. Lovely that they always turn the light on outside the cabin too. Even a box of tissues which is great in hayfever season!

It's honestly great. If I had to pick something, it would be to update the TVs so I can stream my phone to it, and they are a little slow. But I'm happy with the place and I'll be back. If I could leave my car there, it would be perfect!

The cabin was very nice and modern. Facilities great. Cleaning was to an exceptionally high standard. Bed super comfy. Guy at reception was lovely. We arrived with car and stayed just 2 nights.

It was hard to fault the place to be honest. And writing anything that isn't positive doesn't feel right. If you were going to take a point off then it would be for the paper thin wall between our cabin and the neighbours. Could hear them talking in a muffled sort of way and could hear them moving about as well. Maybe the bigger cabins at the back of the premises are noise insulated better. Ours was number 47 right across from reception. Having said all that, our neighbours were very respectful and kept noise to a minimum so it didn't really bother us at all. And when we return again we will stay here 100%, just maybe ring them & see if they have any cabins in an area which doesn't always fill up with guests.

Convenient location for us to collect /return car hire 5.5km near airport. Quiet environment surrounded by beautiful properties. Easy access to highways. Eats at Westmeadows Tavern 600m, Thai restaurant, fish and chips and IGA 700m. Greenvale shopping centre 4.1km and Gladstone park 2.4km. Self contained clean budget accommodation , room on the small side but adequate for us. Comfortable bed, hot shower and strong wifi signal. We did not use public transport but noticed bus passing pass the village. Pleasant staff. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely overnight stay, arriving from long travel home after months overseas and before a domestic flight home the following day. The property was easy to find, just a short easy taxi/uber ride from and back to the airport. The cabin was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy and lots of space for our small family. We had comforts of complimentary cuppas and hot chocolate and tv and a nice hot shower. We ordered food to our door, exhausted from travel; being so close to a few choices of food outlets for dinner delivery and short morning stroll to a nice cafe for breakfast was really great for us. Staff was easy to communicate with online from overseas and late check in was easy and convenient.

It’s a but pricey but that’s Melbourne for ya and being so close to the airport - I suppose that’s the cost of convenience. Wifi was difficult to connect to and dropped out a bit but when working it was fast and fine.

Front desk was very helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed, clean and it was a drama free stay. Access to neighbouring pool was a good option for kids as was the games room with gym connected for adults. Well located for where we needed to go with plenty of options for food and drink.

It would be nice to have a welcome to the area booklet with information of local eateries, shopping, parks for picnic on a map ect. There was lots of info at reception but more convenient if a summary of local info in the cabins.

The suite was compact, thoughtful, interesting, well planned, comfortable, and very clean. I was not expecting such a modern and efficient unit and it was great. There were good dinner options within walking distance and it would have been nice to have information about food available in the room. We checked in and out outside of business hours so never met the front desk staff, but check-in was easy with the instructions they sent us through booking.com

I was not expecting the cost of the hotel shuttle through an external partner. It wasn’t overly expensive for the 15 minute drive, but it was unexpected. As an international traveller, I needed an Australian phone number to make the booking for the shuttle

Close to airport. Shopping centres close by. Major roads close by so easy to get to. Clean and very comfortable. Everything you need supplied in the cabin. All you need it to bring your food. Quiet location no apparent yahoo's noted in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your stay be it one night or more. I certainly will be staying there on my next visit to Melbourne. My second stay at the location.

For the price its excellent option near the airport, with self-contained unit. Bed comfy. Good work table. Various faciliities on site and access to restaurant and pool @ the nxt door motel. Some shops down the road. GREAT running trail to Woodlands historic park on doorstep.

Taxis don't want to take the short trip from airport, but the 901 Bus stops just down the road and ~10-15min walk to the village (or take 2nd local bus)
