We stayed in the Premier King suite with city views. The floor to ceiling windows were to die for! I loved having a little lounge room and kitchen also, not just the standard bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook up our breakfast each morning using all the facilities which was a plus! The location was awesome, just a short walk to south bank, and easy access to public transport, also awesome having the IGA right below!

The only small issue we had was with the shower not working that well (taking 5+ minutes to heat up, and then being very hard to adjust to temperature that wasn’t boiling or freezing)

Excellent bed and good size room with very nice view. Excellent soundproofing. Very close to many entertainment venues. Lovely clean suburb.

The hotel was very modern and offered beautiful city views, especially at night through the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service

We experienced some major issues with the drains during our stay. The shower flooded, and when we lifted the drain cover, it was clogged with clumps of hair, causing water to flow out like a waterfall. Although we were moved to another room, the drains there still had problems, with the sink almost overflowing and the shower leaking into the bathroom. I believe the plugs and shower tiles need to be properly cleaned and maintained. Aside from that, the place was clean, tidy, and nicely presented. We appreciated being upgraded for the inconvenience, especially since all of my clothes got soaked.

My wife and I stayed here on New Years Eve. The experience was great. The location is very accessible as it is only 10 minutes away from Flinders St Station. There is an IGA downstairs to buy food and drinks. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave to prepare very basic food if you do no want to eat out. The gym area was nice and clean. The pool area is great to swim in and relax after training in the gym. There was a good view of the fireworks near the shrine for new years. The TV was able to be moved so you can watch shows in bed.

Very minor issues. The pool can be busy with children during peak holiday season. There can be delays waiting for the elevators transiting through the hotel.

Hotel and ammenities were food and clean. Location was great

My only concern is when checking my bag in before I checked in staff never gave me a tag to collect when I was checking in. The staff when I checked in made me feel like I lost it but I was never given one. The same happened when I checked out again I was never given one but the staff seemed a bit rude like I was annoying them for my bag. Now on check out there was a really horrible customer spoke to staff quite badly so I understand when I came behind her the staff member didn’t seem interested to deal with me but coming from hospitality for 15 years I know it can be hard. I just felt like I was bothering staff if I asked a question that’s all.

Location next to a woolies, and really close to some cafes and restaurants, and the river. Pool is heated and is really nice. Room is cosy but simple. Bathroom counter is nice and spacious

There was no disposable amenities, such as toothbrush, cottons and nail file or comb... Pillows were not comfortable, and the mattress a bit soft. Finally there was no robe or slippers, which would have been great for the pool. For the price, which wasn't cheap, all those little details would have been much appreciated.

Gorgeous modern apartment, both comfortable, spacious and well located. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and attentive. The gym/pool was great, and we loved the small cafe at reception. We unfortunately had a medical emergency, and the professional and swift response from staff to assist us was commendable. Flowers delivered to the room in sympathy was a very personal and appreciated gesture, we felt genuinely cared for and looked after. Will absolutely recommend friends and family stay here.

The only criticism we had was the ‘translucent’ toilet door - not quite our thing, and there was no opportunity for fresh air - we didn’t have windows we could open.

Outstanding property! This will be our new go-to in Southbank. The king size, most comfortable bed, is a bonus, and the size of the room is great value. There is a fast lift to the 16th floor with very little street noise. Staff extremely friendly and attentive.

The bigger than expected bathroom was a bonus. Unsure if the big bathrooms are in every room, but obviously helpful for mobility. However, the drainage for the shower was challenging, and the rate of shower had to be adjusted to low to prevent bathroom flooding. Small price to pay for such a large bathroom.

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. We booked the 1bedroom apartment with city views. This room met my expectations, was tidy and mostly clean. The sliding doors in between the bedroom and ensuite was convenient, as well as the sliding door separating the bedroom to the lounge area created a proper bedroom feel. The view was amazing with the ceiling to floor windows. Used the gym, the equipment included cross trainer, bike, rower and treadmill and dumbells The indoor pool was heated and they have extra towels avaliable there too. We enjoyed our stay that weve already booked in for another weekend getaway.

The shower needed a thorough clean on the tile walls. There was pink mold so a build up of bacteria.

This was our third stay at the Adina apartments. Have yet to try the swimming pool. The location is excellent and the facilities within and without the room are excellent as well. The space in the room is good too. Because we are such regulars perhaps next time we could be upgraded. We were able to easily attend Edith Piaaf, the iconic National Geographic exhibition and Lume with the Da Vinci Exhibition as well as go to a hatted Japanese/French restaurant. We enjoyed the Soprano restaurant which is just next door to the apartment - we also had to access the IGA which is also next door to the apartment.

A little salt and pepper would be a help for self catering - we always neglect to bring our own.
