The breakfast was fantastic! Staff were very friendly, fantastic location!

If there was a toilet brush in the bathroom, I would’ve liked to clean my toilet when necessary.

Great location and value for $$. We stayed at Holiday Inn as location was close to venue as we were staying in the city for a concert (10 min Uber from Sidney Myer Music Bowl) It was a little tricky to find - as we came from the other direction via car - ther is a driveway next to Bloch (dancewear store) that you have to turn into. If you come from the other direction there is no visable sign for Holiday Inn - so if you're driving in, pop in your maps *Bloch Southbank* and you'll see the driveway next to it! -Walking distance to Sidney Myer, and walk across the bridge to Rod Laver and other venues. -7/11 open late across the road for midnight snacks and if you need any other essentials. -A little small on the room size but overall perfect for an O/N stay!! -Buffet breakfast included bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs and other goodies - incredible! They can also cater to allergens (I'm gluten free *not Coeliac*) and successfully checked out tummy grumble free :) Thank you!

Slightly small rooms but nothing to worry about for an O/N stay

The check in was easy. We paid to park our car for three days at the hotel and it was very easy to do. The hotel itself is modern. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, with everything you need for a three day stay. Breakfast was included in the price and was just a normal hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but fine. The location was great, Just a short walk to the restaurants along the South bank. Go over the bridge, through the station underpass and you come out on the junction of Flinders and Elizabeth Streets. The staff were friendly and we plan to make this our go to hotel when we return.

Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the bed and pillows. It was great to have good nightsleep under the conference week. And it was very nice to walk to conference center, to city and to railway station. Very nice logation!

Breakfast included, but for me it was tuo "simppeli. I would like to have some fresh vegetables: cucumber, tomato and salaatti. Or carrots. Now it was absolutely nothing. And also cheese or ham to get on bread would be nice to have. Airconditioning were quite nousi at the night.

Breakfast buffet was included, quick and easy check-in and the parking is easily accesible. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure is also great and sleek bathroom with lots of counter space. The staff was very helpful during our entire stay.

There is basically no soundproofing, so anyone that leaves their room will make a lot of noise (especially the doors when they shut). We had an annoying neighbor in the next room that would constantly hit the wall that our bed was against, and heard them running down the halls a few times. It's a bit far from the main shopping districts in the city but if you don't mind walking or taking the tram it's perfect.

Everything, from the moment you enter the lobby with their amazing exclusive scent, to the friendly staff, to the room which was lovely, and with a fantastic view. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed, in Melbourne. It’s not the ritz but if you want value for money and a clean easy place to stay, close to Southbank you should book your next city stay here.

My only advice would be to have a little more variety on offer for breakfast, there is some room for improvement, but still overall, once again value for money as it was included in the room rate.

Well located for where I needed to be, this modern, friendly hotel exceeded my expectations. Check in/check out was seamless and friendly, being able to store my bag after checkout was an excellent service. The room was very comfy, the bed was comfy, bathroom clean, compact and modern.

The power in the room between midnight and 5.30am seemed to be movement activated? The air-con and bathroom night-light were off both times I woke but came on when moving to stand up from the bed. Odd. It made the room a little stuffy without the air con.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The car park was a huge bonus, parked the car prior to check in, and had until 2 pm. on the day of departure. The room was compact, well designed, and clean. The beds were comfortable. wr had two singles, which I did have to confirm on arrival. Breakfast was more than adequate. The location was good. Mum uses a wheelie walker, and we got to and from Flinders Street and southbank with Ni issue.

Hard to pick a negative, but I suppose I'm on a main road, but I'm saying that it was very close to everything we needed.

Location is absolutely perfect for CBD especially theatres - 5 minutes walk to the playhouse / train station / Federation Square / Southbank (so lots of restaurants nearby), 10-15 minutes to chinatown / big shopping centres. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfy. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee machines dished out a decent cuppa and the bircher muesli and pastries were both delicious. The staff were amazing, always friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The cooked breakfast was a bit bland with scrambled eggs every day, would have loved some fried eggs. Also the fruit selection was pretty much melon and watermelon every day, again some variety would have been nice.

The location is very convenient and quick to go to CBD. The room is soundproof so it’s very peaceful and quiet to rest. I really like the pillows they provide, it’s not too soft or firm. It’s really nice that housekeeping comes up to clean up the room everyday.

There is no microwave in the room. A kettle is provided but you need to reception area which is on 7th floor to fill the water, which is a bit inconvenient. For dental kits and shower caps as well, you need to ask them and pick up at the reception.
