The location was great with quick walk to flinders train station, felt very safe and comfortable the whole time, great unique park for kids right outside the building, IGA just a quick walk away along with a lot of great cafes and restaurants very close by & the view from our room was stunning.

I think the rooms should have a broom/ vacuum cleaner and some basic cleaning supplies, maybe some spray and wipe/ disinfectant wipes and paper towels. A larger rubbish bin would have been handy as our stay was quite long and we only had one housekeeping service and we are not allowed to dispose of our own trash outside the room. I had brought up some issues I had within the room (stains on carpets, rug and blankets were dirty, marks on walls) and felt that my concerns were dismissed.

The location is very good and convenient to access the main sites in the city center. The improvement could be the curtains which affects the sleep due to light leakage. The curtains could be better to avoid this. The second is to have a channel to call reception: it is not good for guest to go to counter for services every time

The reception is not within the building, which gives guest a kind of pressure for check-in. The building reception cannot give the good / accurate info with patient, making the assumption the guests are the local and know the details, however, it is not like that.

The concierge, I know they are for permanent people living in the hotel but I found them rude when I asked a couple of questions

Location is fantastic. Right along Southbank. The unit is gorgeous, and well equipped kitchen. I was able to cook for myself easily. Large fridge, washing machine and dryer. All cooking utensils available. Very spacious. Loved that I had Netflix on the TV. Thank you for that. The free WiFi is great. The staff are amazing. Helpful at every instance.

The bedding could be better. Wished the sheets had a better thread count. The reception is quite a distance. So if travelling with a lot of luggage (which I was) would be a bit challenging. Do note that there is no daily cleaning / housekeeping.

Our recent stay was a bit disappointing due to a few inconveniences. First, the reception is not located at the hotel itself but rather behind the IGA on the other side of the road, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the checkout process was frustrating. Since we paid $60 for one night’s car park, we couldn’t exit the car park without the remote key. This meant we had to drive the car out first, then walk back to the hotel room to leave the keys, and finally walk back to the car. Thankfully, my car didn’t get ticketed during this time, but the process was unnecessarily complicated. To top it off, the pools weren’t available, which was a letdown.

Good location. Has nearly everything required as you would expect apartment accommodation to have. Kettle, toaster, washer and dryer, dishwasher, clothes horse, iron and board, good wifi. Great views from our particular room.

We had no access to the pools on either level 70 or 11 without an "induction" so be aware of that. Rooms were sizable with everything required but were a little run down.. Marks on walls, floors and furniture and cupboards not shutting properly. Also water pressure once on Hot water was very disappointing. Very minor things but can tell its a loved in or frequented apartment. I imagine they would vary from room to room though 👍.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was a last-minute decision to book here. However, it was very a great choice to make. Handy location to Southbank cafes, restaurants, supermarket, train station and trams are so close by. It was a lovely surprise to have laundry amenities within the apartment. Full kitchen & fridge/freezer and plenty of plug sockets, I counted at least 18! The bathroom was adequate for me, but if sharing with one or a few others, it will be tight! Great air-conditioning, which you can turn off. I felt extremely safe as a female solo traveler.

There was no lock safe. The shower, water ran straight out. Seems the drain was blocked. The carpet is a little stained, but overall, the apartment felt clean. Oh, there's a built-in desk, but no chair. Luckily, I wasn't there to work.

The view was amazing. Apartment had everything you needed.

Toilet paper stand was broken. Plates are too big for microwave making things difficult to heat up. Location is not close to public transport and checkin is not the same building so difficult and an inconvenience if you have multiple bag luggage. Blanket smelled used and not washed with stains on it and an awful smell to it. One of the towels also smelled like it was not washed.

Excellent location, great views, close to everything. Very clean, comfortable room with magnificent views. Unit is equipped with everything you need.

We waited an hour for the check-in person to turn up, which meant we didn't get to bed till 1am. Not ideal when you have to be up 7am for a business conference. He also told us he was going to be there in 15 minutes. He lied. Called him after 25 minutes wait. Told us he stopped by somewhere else. Also, check-in is in a completely different building, we had to haul our bags 100+ metres, no help offered.
