The location was great, it allowed us to do a lot of walking around the city. I absolutely loved the kitchenette and supplied cookware; I have a lot of food intolerances and it is great to be able to cook for myself while I'm away. I didn't want to go home to my own kitchen after using the apartments! The entire hotel is beautifully styled, I loved the vibrant colours and art. Last but not least the spa was amazing; I didn't get to check out the gym or sauna as I was only there for a few days.

Good size of 2 bedroom apartments, nice balcony, good kitchen facilities, large fridge, spa Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly

Some of our guests checked in later at night, I was advised they simply needed to tell the staff my name, however two of them had a very difficult time checking in as the staff wanted all sorts of other information - clarify what you need so it's consistent between your staff Access to the spa is insane - going outside in a bathing suit in winter to get to/from the spa and pool?? Figure out a better way for guests to access this so people on the street aren't seeing your hotel guests half naked freezing outside Dryer in the apartment was useless - several hours trying to dry a few pieces of clothing is not acceptable. When we asked at the front desk, the staff already knew it was an issue, so please fix this

Was in the city for an event at Marvel, so the location was perfect. The check in and parking arrangements were really easy to navigate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself (we had a 2 bedroom apartment) was also fairly spacious and comfortable.

The decor is very much a specific taste and of a certain time (there was a LOT of purple). Some of the fixtures and furnishings are also starting to show real signs of age and heavy use. There were also some minor cleanliness issues (e.g. there were dozens of cigarette butts and a pair of swimming shorts scattered on the ledge in front of our balcony).

The location was excellent, a quiet street for parking for key pick up and right in the heart of New Quay. This was perfect for our visit to the fire light festival. Easy access to tram and walking distance to Marvel etc. Staff at check in were bubbly and friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge and all amenities. Beds and bedrooms were large as was the balcony. Parking cost was extra but super handy being right under the building accessed by a lift. There was a lounge and pool although we couldn’t work how to acccess the pool with our swipe key, but were only staying one night so didn’t have much time. Very happy overall, would definitely stay again.

Large two bedroom with balcony. Bigger than required but best price on the day. Good location and so handy to public transportation.

Really stingy that there are no tissues. Accommodation was clean but not super clean in the bathroom, hate sharing the bathroom with other people's hair. Took quite a while to get checked in, one person on reception although there was someone else out the back who came out later after three of us had been waiting for some time.

Excellent location for meeting family. Close to lots of restaurants. Apartment was well appointed. Bed was extremely comfy. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped for a short stay. Not enough pans or oven trays for a longer stay.

No tea towels to dry crockery. Only 1 cereal bowl. There was a dishwasher which I didn't use as not economical or environmentally friendly being the only person. Had I wanted to cook meals I would have wanted more pans and oven equipment. Lots of marks on walls which made for a bit of a grubby look which was a shame as so easily could be cleaned.

Very clean Aesthetically pleasing Great location Bathroom very clean. Facilities ie pool sauna etc great.

No coffee Machine which i would expect in a premium establishment. Bed was uncomfortable and some of pillows were. Once again quality should be better in premium property. Doona wasn't big enough for bed. Only one large towel, second was small and no face washer. Toiletries supplied in large bottles obviously refilled when rooms cleaned do not feel this is very hygienic as they can easily be tampered with - individual single use would be better. Television in lounge didnt work . Sink in bathroom wasn't draining properly. Parking extremely pricey. Staying 2 nights should have been discounted Also reception staff seemed uncertain about things when asked. Not sure if only new in his position

We arrived too early for check in so the staff kept our bags for us so we could sightsee while waiting. The Sebel is a short walk to nice restaurants, the free tram line and a convenience store for supplies. It was clean and comfortable and remade each day. When we needed a late checkout on our last day they were obliging and happy to help is out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

There were no extra blankets in the room which would be a nice touch for cooler nights when you dont want to necessarily turn on the air conditioning. Also some tissues and moisturiser would be a nice touch.

As we arrived a little early , it was great to leave our bags there until our room was available. The view was amazing and the apartment was very clean, well stocked and not to far from the lift. The beds were cosy and just the way I liked a bed to be. The little shop across the street from the entrance, very convenient for us.

I thought we could get in at 1pm but i assumed wrong. I didn't read the email correctly, which was my fault. I did hang the clean my room tag out, but it was never done that day. The next day it was done, so all was good. You managed to get it done on a holiday so I know it must of been difficult.
