Location was great, close to CDB yet quiet. Tram was just a min away, great restaurants around. Friendly and helpful staff with 24 hours reception. Bed comfortable, heating was good , good size 1bedroom apartment.

Housekeeping was very bad. Cleaning was minimally done on housekeeping days, dirty towels were taken but not replaced. A piece of used tissue was left one corner even after housekeeping service. Beds were not made neatly with sheets hanging out and with pillows just thrown together. One night, we came back to our room with door wide opened with a stopper. Housekeeping staff forgot to close the door after service ! Left our room opened the whole day.

We were there for nine days and were not told that there was no cleaning service on Sundays No instructions on how to use the appliances Pillows uncomfortable I asked for the bed to be separated which it wasn’t on arrival but this was quickly fixed Give the pizza place that is close a big miss pizza doe was raw

It was next to an IGA supermarket and an Asian grocery store. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and amusement parks nearby. There's a tram station nearby and rideshare are available to city and Melbourne park for Tennis for $20-30, takes 15-20 minutes to get to each place by rideshare like Uber and Didi. The hotel was cleanly serviced every day and it also has a washing machine and dryer that we could use to wash our clothes every day. The TV with netflix was also really good.

Wished I had a water view of Docklands from my balcony. I had a view of the Docklands Ferris Wheel and city, which is very good too. On the second last day, they locked our Aircon to only automatically turn on at certain times and we couldn't override and turn it on ourselves when we want to without a password that only they know. Wish they stock a few bowls and plates so we could eat if we wanted to. But we dined out every day so this is not an issue for us.

First time at Docklands and very pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with spectacular water views (see picture). Our room was equipped with a full kitchen, quality microwave, oven and stovetop, even a dishwasher. The location was perfect, with waterfront restaurants and cafes less than 50m away. IGA supermarket directly opposite, Woolies 300m up the road. Melbourne CBD and Victoria Market is only a couple of km away, accessible by a free tram. Can’t wait to revisit Melbourne.

Water from the shower recess leaked into the bathroom under the shower door, creating a bit of a mess each morning.

Location is awesome, walking distance to restaurants, Marvel stadium and DFOs. Heaps of restaurants to choose from for Breakfast, including a Steak house which surprisingly had a good breakfast selection. If we didn't feel like walking we'd take the number 70 tram into town or get off at D5 tram stop to cross the walk bridge to South Wharf DFO. Tram stop is just around the corner from the Hotel. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive apartment, we were able to request 4x single bed configuration which not a lot of places offer. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for us 4 girls on a weekend away for a concert (at Marvel) and shopping! Staff are fabulous and accommodated our every want and need, nothing was a hassle. Thank you NewQuay for another wonderful stay.

The hotel is quite new and the 2 bedroom aoartment had 2 bathrooms which was great for a family of 4. The room was generous in size. It is within the free tram zone (close to 2 tram stops) and is easily accessible to the city centre. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. House keeping services were daily. Great price for 3 nights. We would stay again.

The hotel is quite dark as it is set behind other buildings and as such on level 6 we didn't get any direct sunlight. I am sure we could have asked for another but there was only 1 spare pillow in the apartment with each bed only have 1 pillow for each person.

Wonderful experience. We have 4 adults and 1 kid to stay about one week. The apartment is just right for us. My son was so loving the place. It's at great location within walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants and IS within the free tram zone, that makes everything easier. It is at the sub-top floor which has a great view. And two balconies! I loved to sit on the balcony at night to see the great city view and the Melbourne Star even it's not lighting nowadays. The apartment has everything we need. We can cook and wash clothes just like at home. And when we made an impromptu decision to stay a few more days the staff was very helpful, we were lucky to extend the stay at the same room seamlessly. Next time when we are back to Melbourne we definitely will book again and if it could be the same room that would be more than great.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful and attentive. Good location. Great view. Room layout was great and loved the balcony was accessible via lounge and bedroom. Good facilities inside the apartment. Clean, quiet and relaxing! 1 minute walk to Free Tram zone so the cbd was easy to get to.

Shower leaked onto bathroom floor and made it quite slippery, and the aircons would turn off completely after 3 or 4 hours. The staff did look into it during our stay but were unable to fix the leak or aircon. Hopefully fixed for the next person

Tram stop is a mere 2 minute walk. There’s plenty of food options around. Reception staff were very professional and lovely. Ironing board provided. Pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes were provided.

Didn’t like that we opted for a double bed but was just given 2 beds being pushed together. The room was slightly squeezy by standards. Thought that we’d have a washer and dryer in the room because there was “laundry facilities”, but it’s actually at the Ground level behind the reception. Not a big deal anyway. We came from another service apartment, so we were surprised to find that no cooking oil and simple condiments like salt and pepper provided. Would have made the stay better if we didn’t need to buy our own.

Excellent, excellent location. The motel is across the road from a great little IGA grocery store, and within 5 minutes from a Woolworths/shopping mall with lots of dining/family entertainment options (Dogem cars/movie cinemas/The upside down house etc). The tram stop is right behind the building, so only 5 minutes walk to get on the free tram into the city. Around the motel itself was actually very quiet streets, so we felt safe crossing the road with our young children. A short stroll to the promenade made for lovely walks along the waterfront. The room was clean and tidy, the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals for the week, and there was a washing machine/dryer. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable and bathrooms both very clean. Reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly Sabrina who was very welcoming.

We had one minor issue with the air con in one bedroom, but it was looked at immediately after mentioning it to the receptionist. The sofa bed was as expected, not the most comfy bed- but it was perfect for a small child and we could fold it down each day to make more space in the room.
