It is a magnificent hotel, quite large rooms. There is a very big kitchen, refrigerators and freezer on the floors. The breakfast is very good, we liked the hot boiled egg with feta cheese the most. They allowed us to check in early. The location is super, there is a bus stop at 20 meters .The lady I think is the owner or manager of the hotel is very helpful and very hospitable. Special thanks to Stuzana at the reception. She patiently answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Finally, we think this hotel should have a score of 10. Definitely going to Innsbruck again next year. We will come and stay in this hotel. 

We loved everything

Really nice place to stay, it was clean, the room was big and comfy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was nice, there could have been more of a selection of meats and cheese but was all tasty and replenished well. It was great to have parking, you can pay extra to go in the garage which was perfect for us as when we were leaving it was raining so we could stay dry. The tram is right outside so can get you into town easily or it’s about 20 mins to walk.

No complaints

Parking was good, there are some places behind the hotel and the whole garage. Be careful , tho, the ceiling of the garage is not so high, that can bring some problems if you would like to open back of your car. Breakfast was good, everything you need at morning.

Actually, everything was pretty fine. The hotel is not super fancy and new, but for me it does not matter at all. Also, elevator was pretty old but again - who cares, it works and its big enough. I don't know what else to say

The accommodation was quite basic, but It was suitable for our needs. There were plenty of choices on buffet breakfast. I think, even vegetarian could choose. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outside noise was bearable for us because we live in large city. Hotel is near to tram stop, line no. 5 is direct connection to the main train station. Hotel is in walkable distance from city center. There is good shopping mall near hotel.

Water from shower drained slowly. You need to speak ein bisschen Deutsch, The staff wasn’t always multilingual. Hotel coffe was bad, tasted like sock water with pencils. I rather drank juice in the morning.

Nice spacious room, which was clean and tidy; the breakfast was nice (and they did cereal which is always good); best was the fact that the tram stop was right outside so it was very easy to get into the city centre.

I didn't have any real problems, but the airplanes could be quite noisy (as could the trains, but I didn't mind those). The tap in my room was a little unreliable at times.

Room looks little bit old, but working well. No parking in hotel, just a little number if parking slots around hotel on the streets - as described in hotel offer. Nice, big and tasty breakfast with many tables. Quiet place, nice view when room window directed to Innsbruck. For 1 or 2 night stand it’s great choice.

The host were kind and accomodating with our requests regarding the check in and check out timing. Our room was ready before the expected timing and they allowed us to prolongue our staying. The room was clean.

The button for flushing the toilet in the bathroom needs reparations as it fell out as soon as it was touched.

The hotel was very easy to find, free parking which is big and was easy to use, very nice views around and it also included breakfast. It was a very good find value for money.

It had a certain smell but this is expected with older units. The small was not bad or anything it was just different.

The room was nice, spaceous and comfy. It had a tv, a wide desk, a chair, nightstands and a nice wardrobe for your things. The staff was amiable and helpful. The breakfast was good, had a lot of different food and was very tasteful. The location is great since it's near a tram station that goes directly to the city centre.

The wifi signal was poor and maybe there could be more power sockets.

Maybe not the most modern hotel but I really enjoyed my stay there. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location - 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and main attractions. Delicious breakfest - wide variety of food and very fresh. Worth recommending.
