Rufi's proved to be the ideal base for our recent trip. The key points - We encountered helpful and friendly staff at all times. Pleasant riverside walk from the town centre with easy access to the motorway and surrounding ski resorts. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and very comfortable rooms with fantastic showers. The breakfast was very good with a more than adequate choice for our fussy group. Late checkout was 30e but we were allowed two rooms and was a real benefit as we had a later flight. The bar is surprisingly lively for an out-of-town location and finally, do not leave without trying the restaurant - the pizza is truly as good as you'll find anywhere in the world.

We really liked the tuna pizza dish the Rufis’Hauspizza. And most importantly the service of Toganhan, who helped us a lot on telling us about the city.

I personally didn’t like that so much people were smoking.

I had a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. I arrived to the hotel too late, so I checked in via check-in terminal. It’s really simple and fast, it took me less than a minute to check in. The room was cosy and comfy. It seemed to me, it was soundproof, but I’m not 100% sure about that. Anyway, there was everything that is needed except mini-fridge. I stayed here for one night, so I didn’t need it. Breakfast was awesome. It starts at 6:30. And it’s really cool, so you can go sightseeing earlier than others. Special thanks to the reception staff. They are glad to help you with some tips about places to visit. The highest level of service. Visiting Innsbruck next time, I’m sure I’ll stay here once again. Despite the horrible weather, I was lucky to see the overwhelming view of the city from Seegrube. But at the top of Innsbruck (Hafelekarspitze) it was too cloudy and windy, so it was impossible to see anything. I recommend going there only during cloudless days. Great location and only 30 minute walk from the centre of Innsbruck along the river. The hotel is very clean and modern and almost totally self sufficient. Good facilities and amenities in the rooms. Very comfortable beds and spacious room and bathroom. The restaurant served lovely food and good/big portion sizes too. Check-in only open until 18:00 but then an automated system is used that gives you your room keys and recipe which is straightforward and easy to use. We would like to stay here again when visiting Innsbruck.

With the automated check-in not everything is explained such as the car park was fully when we arrived at 18:50 so we were then unsure about where we could park the car but likely we found a member of reception just leaving that said street parking opposite the hotel was free between 19:00 & 09:00. Also being able to get more tea/coffee/milk for the room when no reception staff available. What would be nice is a welcome card/document in the room explaining a few things such as the parking and restaurant opening hours etc.

Amazing room with a great design. There was air conditioner and heater as well as teapot, tea, instant coffee. Bed was very comfortable. 2 types of pillows surprised us)) Great breakfast with an option to boil eggs as you like)) Nice place, definitely would stay again :)

We didn't have enough information about where we can park and got a fine by parking in front of the hotel (although there were no signs about a paid parking). We also had some problems with the check-in machine (it shower an error and didn't give us a key), so we were happy that even at 22 p.m. there was someone at the reception and kindly helped us, even though it was out of the check-in time.

Everything was perfect, beyond expectation. The room for 4 people is big, clean, new,and nice decorated. The car park is quite big,and right behind the hotel building. They were kind to offer welcome drinks at arrival. The breakfast was great and sufficient although there were not as much as a big hotel's, and their napkins at breakfast were very cute. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Rufi's Hotel is very modern and it is situated in a very beautiful area. You can reach the centre where there are a lot of restaurants and shops by walk. It will only take you around 30 minutes. The rooms are big and comfortable. A HUGE plus was the A/C. The breakfast is very vast having both sweet and savoury items.

I am a tea lover and the tea is the only thing I did not like. So if you like the english breakfast tea, the strong one, as I do, bring some with you!!!

Nice hotel not far away from the city Centre - a short 15 min stroll along the Inn river. The hotel is situated at 10 min bus ride from the Innsbruck train station - 6 stops if I`m not mistaken, away from the City Centre noise. Clean spacious room, nice beds, clean bathroom, good breakfast with lots of variety, good value for money. I would definetely return to this hotel when I will be back in Innsbruck.
