- Clean rooms and spacy bathroom with rain shower - Coffee machine and fridge in the room - Own radio in the room. Very nice touch. Never had that before in a hotel - Overall look and design of the hotel was beautiful - 24/7 reception and bar. The prices were also quite low for Vienna - Overall I had a good stay for a good price and I would definitely book again here for another stay in Vienna

- Quite loud. Closed windows can decrease noise from the road but you can still hear other customers in the next room or on the floor quite loudly, eg. When their TV was on. So maybe not for people that have extreme trouble sleeping

This is a very beautiful, interesting hotel. We loved our comfortable room with it's cool decor. We especially liked the shower. Morning breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though it's not in the city center, we were able to get around well, especially with Uber. We found small grocery stores nearby, but we went into the city center for tours and dining. I would recommend Hotel Donauwalzer to anyone visiting Vienna.

The only issue we had was an out-of-order elevator. Fortunately, there was another elevator that we could use that only required us to walk up and down one floor. Fortunately, our luggage was not too heavy yet.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with all the questions we had regarding transport and attractions. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with such a huge choice of hot and cold foods, fruits, sweet and savoury options too and plenty of drinks as well. At the weekends they had live music playing whilst we enjoyed breakfast, two young men entertained us on the piano and violin and really added to the enjoyment of the stay.

Couldn't really fault it. The location convenient enough even though not very close to the centre.

Reception open 24 hours. Nice terrace area. Nice breakfast. Beautiful room. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even mailed my postcards for me. When our shower head was broken they fixed it while we were out of the room.

The large tub seemed nice at first but it was a little difficult to have to "climb" into and out of it. Not the safest. And having only the extensible shower head without a second fixed shower head was a little inconvenient.

The hotel was clean and was conveniently close to public transit. We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the staff members were polite and helpful.

It would have been better if we had a mini-refrigerator in the apartment, and we also would have appreciated having access to an iron and an ironing board. The street noise was unusually loud, particularly on the weekend.

We truly enjoyed spacy room and its accomodation. Location is very convenient, with lots of great restaurants and pubs. Breakfast probably takes the prize with the selection and classical music duo making our buffeting much more valuable.

We were missing slippers which we are used to get while being accomodated other properties and felt discriminated by sparkling watter showcased at our room for a fee considering already high price of accomodation. Private spa was very poorly advertized and too pricy as well - its strange that guests dont get the free entrance for 1 hour or so.

The breakfast was very delicious and arranged in a beautiful way. During the breakfast, the waltz is playing! In the evening they play soft jazz and the patio is very charming. The hotel is a few steps from a tram station but I walked from the center, it was a nice walk for the end of the day.

Water pressure in the shower. It was very weak and the water temperature was changing by itself so it was a little bit challenging to take a nice shower.

I really appreciate that the staff cared that I was not feeling well. Sleep very comfortable the first couple of days. Came down for a great breakfast (as much as I could eat). Definitely helped. Was able to extend a day. Went out twice. Every time, they asked me how I felt. Did I mention it was the most etiquette hotel I stayed out of the 8 countries I have traveled to. I highly recommend this hotel

Nothing all was great

They upgraded my room to the top floor which had automatic windows to see the snow! 😊 Staff were all nice and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic (salmon and caviar!) Awesome coffee machine. They had live music every Sunday during breakfast. They had a safe and spacious area to store the luggage after check-out if you wanted to explore the city until late at night. Near McDonald’s and the train station. There’s a tramline right outside the hotel too.

it was very quite and relaxing, perfect place for a solo traveller. I felt like it was quite luxurious for a reasonable price, I definitely enjoyed my stay. they even upgraded me to a double bed instead of a single bed which was very nice of them. The staff is extremely friendly and speaks many languages for you to communicate with them.

i loved everything about it but the location wasn’t very central, but that was fine for me. transportation was easily accessible from the hotel
