Extremly helpful and nice receptionist!!, location, offering of the parking space, lobby area - tables, chairs to read, working table in the room

Bed, pillow, morning pigeon sounds, morning loudness of people - maintenance or similar (not necessarily of the hotel), but they were in the courtyard talking loudly, that the room did not have A/C—>window had to be open (thus, the loudness), very hot in the room. In a bathroom an old towel was left hanging behind the door (even after the cleaning lady cleaned the room during my stay), the door knobs in the bathroom were not clean.

The staff is amazing: very friendly and always ready to support. Location is great: 5 min walk to tram and 10 - to the subway. Spacious bathroom is another advantage.

It was incredible noisy: please ask staff to resettle if you have a room near the stairs. Starting from 7:30 there is no chance for you to have a rest. Towels and bed linen should be definitely updated (they were so old). Breakfast is the same each day and the variety of options should be wider for sure. The breakfast is till 10:30, however the plates were mostly empty by 10am.

Great location, the staff is wonderful, kind and responsive, its a Slovenian hotel so it was very easy to communicate with everyone. The location is good, there are trams going to the city center and a U6 line. Breakfast was very good although a bit repetitive. Rooms are nice, clean and cosy. There are facts about famous Slovenian people connected to Vienna in the room and it's a very nice detail.

Honestly, everything was good so there are no complaints. It's a 3 star hotel so don't expect anything above that but for this price It's an amazing value and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was nice. The breakfast I would say it was standard, fresh and good. The Location was not the most conveninent if you are visiting museums and the center, but the area was nice to walk around. But overall, the staff was super friendly and helpful, for instance I shared with them that I had to leave at 5am and the night before my departure they nicely packed me a breakfast for the way.

I don't have any negative experience with the hotel.

I like this hotel very much. Nice and not small single room. Very nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Very nice neighburghood. Many restaurants and tram to the city center with a very nice ride. Also an underground station and also direct bus to the main train station. I higly recommend this hotel! I felt like home there!

Everything was perfect!!!

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the staff, they are very helpful. The location is great, taking the tram or bus you are less than 15 minutes away to all the main attractions in the city center. The breakfast is basic but good.

The shower did not have a shower curtain or anything to stop the water from getting all over the bathroom when taking a shower

The reception staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped in. They were always ready to assist with a smile, and their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The breakfast provided by the hotel was simply amazing. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax.

rooms are smaller tha usual, bathrooms arr extra small. also doors are significantly worn out… time to repair or replace them. The building probably served as a college formerly…

The sheets can be cleaner, 1 staff member made a mistake that cost me some time at the night of my check out, location is a bit far from nearest stations and downtown.
