Location is great, really close to the train station (which is often a 'dodgy' area in some cities, but not this one. Staff were welcoming and had great recommendations for things to see and do and were always on hand to offer advice. Room was a decent size with good amenities Breakfast was a good 'continental style' with lots of choice (but no hot food if you wanted that) however, the location was such that you could get that if you needed. This seems to have got off to a bad start (for some of the reviews) but they have definitely upped their game since and I think this is an absolute bargain in a great city.

It didn't bother me, but some of the rooms overlook a sidestreet with multiple late night establishments which some might find a bit noisy overnight.

The room was functional and clean, the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel just next to the train station is hard to beat when you arrive by train, as I did. I didn't take the breakfast and did not regret that because the restaurant area looked a bit dark. There are plenty of cafes next to the hotel so that there are lot of alternatives if you have the time to go out for breakfast.

I would not choose breakfast or the dinner at the hotel. The snacks that the hotel is offering are okay though. The room that I had was a bit dark, but that didn't bother me.

I didn’t have breakfast, but have in previous years and was always pleased with the selection of food. I had food in the evening which was delivered to my room. There are tables on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the rail station. Not far to walk to explore the city. My room had been refurbished to a high standard and was very comfortable. When I am in Antwerp I always stay in the Leonardo.

There was a coffee maker in the room, but I drink tea and a simple kettle , more teabags and better milk would have been good, but I suppose I am an exception. Most people seem to drink coffee. If I had asked reception they might have helped, but I was tired.

Location is exceptional, rooms are big & well maintained. Though, i had to request for room cleaning once. Beds are comfortable. Overall a very good experience.

They provided water bottle only for first day, which not a case in most hotels across the world. Normally most hotels provide complimentary water bottle each day of your stay. Sometimes, you may get noise from the road alongside the hotel due to casino nearby.

The room was splendid. A very nice bed. Very quiet. The clim was pleasant with the heat. I was altogether very comfortable. Great value. And so close to the station is splendid when you come by train. Nice restaurants all around and the UGC movie theatre, which even takes French UGC cards.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Think it was the pipe of the sink. There was a bottle of water, but no opener. There were just 2 teabags for 4 days.

Location, cleaniness and great facilities.

We arrived just before midnight. The night staff was so rude and unwelcoming, and I felt judged by the way he spoke to me. No 'Hello' just 'Do you have your passports!' I was with my husband and two daughters, first time in Belgium and not a pleasant start. Next morning, a totally different experience from the staff and exactly what I had read in previous reviews. They were so welcoming and just lovely every time we walked past reception.

The room size was impressive, location to the train station and Tomorrowland was great. Bed were comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Our key cards needed an update on almost every time we entered, either not working on the door of the room or not on the lift or vice versa. The toilet glass door was not working. I had to use your body weight to close it. The breakfast there was no warm meat, just eggs.

The room was great - the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which gave us more room for the children. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter left a precious toy behind at the hotel, and the staff were really kind in looking for it, finding it, staying in contact and letting us know they were going to post it back to the UK for us.

Our only problem was coming to breakfast at the same time as almost everyone else in the hotel, at 9am on a Sunday, so the breakfast room was a little busy. I might ask the front desk next visit so we could avoid the busiest time at the buffet.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a studio apartment with a sleeping couch for the kids and a big 2-person bed. Everything very comfortable, bathroom as well. The location is very, very close to the train station, makes it a great place for discovering the city or visiting the zoo for example. Staff were very friendly, depositing luggage before departure was also very convenient.

The rooms were large and spacious, comfortable too, we had a suite, which contained a meeting room, so we had loads of space. The beds were large and the we had access to am outside are too. The hotel is near the central station snd the diamond district, a relaxed 20 minutes walk into the restaurants of Grote Market, although there is plenty going on around the hotel too.

The room was a bit too business like, but that's understandable. The decor of plastic plants was tasteless, and leaving lights brightly shining in the atrium all night long seems excessive giving the environmental issues and curtains needed to be drawn well to shut it out. The were good plush curtains mind which did the job. The reception are was great, newspapers and coffee, very sweet
