Very nice room, great location in a quiet area, but close to the center (5 min walk). Decorated with taste. Very helpful hosts.

The WC is outside the room (very close, and we didn’t have to share it with other rooms, but still outside the room). Otherwise perfect stay

Everything was beautiful and we loved staying here. The area is very quiet, not a noice all night although the town was packed with tourists. We slept with the windows open and it was perfect. The place is spotless, lovely bathroom, fantastic towels, great toiletries (wonderful soap bar for hair and body!) The owner was away but we were warmly welcomed by Dirk and both were very quick at responding to any questions we had. They also gave us some good tips regarding dinner locations, unfortunately we asked a bit late and so all the great locations were booked out. Another reason to come back ;-) We fell in love with Bruges and the room we had made it even more perfect.

The missing door to the bathroom - but we got used to it. But maybe not a room for friends or a couple who have just met ;-)

Francis is a lovely host. He was very kind waiting for our arrival and showing us the room around. The property is a great location, pretty close to the city centre but also in a quiet a charming neighbourhood. We find people around very friendly and safe, the room has a beauty decoration and I see it has improvements in progress which is great. We got the balcony which allowed us to have a beautiful view and fresh air and the room counts with all amenities expected, besides a lovely shampoo and soap bar from local shop, which smells absolutely lovely I also would like to thank for the breakfast, which is all homemade by Dirk and Martina, a lovely couple who supports Francis. They kindly gave us advice on sightseeing in the city and provide us with a tasteful breakfast.

I wouldn't say I dislike but I believe could be a plus to the staying such as some city maps, guidance, tourism information would be a plus - The room is great and we had a great experience on St Anna.

Everything excellent. Position (quiet environment, 10 min walk from city centre), cleanliness, coziness - comfortable large room freshly renovated - etc. The host was more than great in every aspect - gave us very detailed tips for parking and eating, allowed us a checkout extra-hour, helped us fixing our car by taking us to the nearest car service some kilometers away (!!) - courtesy far beyond from ordinary. Thank you so much Francis again!

Nothing. Not a concern for us, but for those who mind: 30-35 steps' to reach the apartment upstairs (2nd floor).

The house is in a good location, Francis was extremely sweet and helpful. The room was a nice size and we had a washroom for private use. Overall it was a satisfying stay in Bruges, the center is only a few minutes walk from the house.

Unfortunately because the building is old there are no elevators which is fine usually but anyone with an issue with walking up the staircase might want to keep that in consideration. The host was nice enough to help us carry our luggage so it was not a big issue for us.

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful room, very recently restored with completely new furniture. A very comfortable bed and shower. We received some very relaxing soap as a present. Coffee was supplied so you could make some Nespresso yourself. Small fridge perfect to keep some drinks. Quiet place, no noise from neighbours, other guests or surroundings. Perfectly located within a 10 minute walk from every highlight in Brugge. The host was very helpful, he contacted us the day before we arrived, gave useful parking advice and some local info on where to go and what to do.

B&B is located in a quiet neighbourhood, has large windows facing the church. The room has air conditioning, entrance to the building and room is via code, which is great, I also had the option to choose my own code :) Distance to the city centre is walkable. The room had everything I needed and was very nice and clean. The owner is very kind and helpful, communicates easily on whatsapp :) All in all, I very much recommend this accommodation!

The property is very lovely and extremely comfortable. One of the best B&B experiences I’ve ever had. Also, Francis was so kind and helpful. He greeted me at the door, walked me to my room, and had complimentary soap/shampoo for me. When I asked about a taxi to the strain station, he offered to drive me there.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Excellent location and aspect Opposite a quiet church with tall doors enabling good airflow and view. Bathroom was well laid out with good storage. Adequate fridge and very comfortable kingsize bed. Francis is a superb host.

Nothing _ our travelling friends also enjoyed their stay there as well.
