The rooms we occupied were very spacious and comfortable. The house has 4 rooms and we had 3 of them as we were a family travelling together. Each room was on its own floor. Two of the 3 rooms had kitchenette facilities. All had a seating area. We had use of the living room and dining room which was convenient since we were 3 couples, and we could gather there together. The breakfast was extensive and the staff wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality and the experience. The location was in easy walking distance to the centre of Brugge, only about 5 minutes away.

There was a hotel across the street and it was a bit noisy. Since there was no air conditioning (not expected), we had our windows open due to the hot weather, and you could hear activity from across the street. Need to be able to walk up flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Take a taxi or bus to and from the train station; we walked it and with luggage it was a bit long over the cobble streets.

Beautiful building, at a perfect location. We stayed at the top floor with a view over the city. The building, the furniture and the overall feeling was very authentic. On top of the the owner and the hostess at the breakfast were super friendly and helpful. We were very happy to stay here and hopefully we will come back soon.

It was a bit warm on the top floor without air-conditioning, however the windows worked fine. Also the windows got mosquito nets installed which is a big plus. We missed a bit of more variety at breakfast (for special need guests e.g. to have option for no carb). But the place was really great & we enjoyed everything.

Calmy & decorative boutique accommodation, absolutely worth the price. We suggest you to book the room with the view on the 3rd floor, if you don't fear from the huge amount of stairs up to the room. But I guess that on the lower levels of the apartment you will hear the noise of the wooden floor and the old building.

Only the lack of vegetables by the breakfast, but it should be sg Belgian because we faced with this situation also I'm Brussels.

We stayed in the Double room (Blue Suite)...it was well equipped with a seperate living area with kitchen facilities, fridge, coffee machine etc The bedroom was very comfortable, more seating available in that room, and a lovely modern clean bathroom. The B&B was in a super location to the main square, had everything you needed and owners were very helpful!

Honestly I would have to be really picky to find something they could do better.

Huge rooms, big bath tub, super comfortable bed. In an older house in a quiet neighbourhood that is within walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast was good including meats, cheese, eggs, fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Simple but fantastic. Absolutely loved this place, there was nothing bad about it at all, and would definitely come back again.

As the building is old, footstep and vibration from the floor above were quite loud (I stayed at suite at the first floor). For those who are sound-sensitive, I recommend to stay at a top floor.

Nice, spacious room. Didn't see any staff as we were provided with a code to unlock the door/keys were left in the door - so if you are looking to speak with the hosts, you'll need to call them with the number provided. Excellent location. Parking options were good (5 minute walk to underground parking - 17 euros for 36 hours parking including overnight.)

This is a lovely place within easy reach of the city centre. Communications before our arrival were very good with a simple code-based entry system. Our room and bathroom were spacious with a very comfortable bed.

Our stay felt a little impersonal as we let ourselves in and we had to hunt for someone in order to pay our bill before we left.

Location is perfect and the self check-in was greatly appreciated. The owner also mentioned beforehand where to park our car so it was really easy. There was a little kitchen. Although the strict minimum was provided, we managed with what we had and everything was great. Superb breakfast!

The only thing I can think of was the bed that was not really comfortable. Of course the floor was really noisy, but it is to be expected in a charming old house :)

Beautiful touches and felt a little magical. our room in top floor was perfect size with a perfect view.

like any European accomodation the ‘stairs’ but that is a trade off you need to make for the experience. These stairs weren’t too bad though.
