The location is perfect - just a stroll from the beautiful market square. My room was clean and bright, perfect size for just me! Great bathroom and rainfall shower. Loved the clever modern lightswitch that lights up with which lights are on (bit sad maybe). Nice full length mirror which is always appreciated. Bed was very comfy and the area was very quiet, any noise from the nearby bar soon stopped. The only thing that woke me up the first night was a rattling from the odd vehicle going over the cobbles in the morning but I soon got used to it. I didn't sample the breakfast so can't comment on that. Check in/check out both smooth and easy. Bus stop for the station very handy just around the corner.

The bar area was very quiet so I didn't bother to use it when there were so many nice bars just down the street. Not really a proper complaint or the hotel's fault and it was nice that the hotel was a quiet bolt hole after a busy day.

Breakfast was excellent. Room comfortable and spotless. Hotel is conveniently located to the centre of Bruges but not too close to be noisy.

Instructions for the air con would be useful. Also. Overnight administration would be preferable. Although there were no issues. Leaving the hotel unstaffed at night feels slightly unsafe.

This small hotel has a perfect location. We arrived by train and it was easy to access from the train station, walking distance and took about 20 minutes. It is located in the middle of the center, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The lady in the reception greeted us and let us leave our bags, as we arrived before check-in. We were provided with a long list of restaurants which was highly appreciated, we tried a brunch place on the list which was wonderful. We were also provided with a map and the lovely lady in the reception guided on us where to go and what to see. Excellent service which made our short trip to Bruges perfect! Thank you!

Nothing, all was good.

Loved the décor and style of the room. Great location and comfortable bed. One staff member in particular was great! On the day I was checking out and returning to Amsterdam on the final leg of my travels, I was notified of a strike and possible train cancellations/delays. I had a seat booked from Antwerp to Amsterdam at a specific time and was concerned about missing it. The women at the front desk reassured me that the trains in Belgium would run as usual. She looked up the train schedule and told me the time and platform for a train to Antwerp. She then followed me outside to point me in the right direction of the free shuttle (that I had no idea about!) that would take me to the train station. I did not get her name (I checked out the morning of March 12, 2023), but I would like to thank her for easing the anxiety of a solo female traveler. :-)

- Lovely location: right in the city center, close restaurants, bars, shops, a small supermarket and few minutes walking from the main square - Nice view from the room - Friendly staff, offering extra information of the area - Comfy large bed

- All pillows offered were very uncomfortable: really wish management invested in better pillows and thus making the experience better for customers - Doors are not well isolated and you can hear everything on the hallways (e.g. people coming late unlocking doors, cleaning lady banging on different doors on the floor in the morning etc) - No bathroom brush

Modern rooms, well decorated and very clean. Excellent breakfast, very fresh and staff constantly replenished the buffet. All of the staff, from reception to housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to accommodate my dietary requirements (coeliac) and to make arrangements for our early departure. Location is very convenient for historical areas, restaurants etc.

Bed was a little on firm side for me but that’s just personal preference. There was some noise from the street which went on into the early hours but perhaps that is the compromise for having such a central location.

Excellent location in terms of within walking distance of train station and all the main city sites, plenty of eateries nearby. As a solo traveller, I felt safe walking back in the evening as well as in the hotel itself. Staff were very friendly, helpful and quickly sorted an issue I had on the first night. The room was an ideal size for just me, the bed super comfy, clean bathroom and the mini fridge was perfect for keeping a few fresh bits in for lunch which helped keep overall costs down.

I had a ground floor room on the first night which was a little unsettling as I was on my own and quite noisy as it was near reception and the main door. It would be fine for a couple or for just one night.

Superbly located hotel just a few minutes walk from the main square and within easy walking distance for the rest of sights. We arrived slightly early to check-in and was warmly greeted, allowed to check in early and helpful tips and a map given for our sightseeing plans. Room was lovely, spacious and had a safe and fridge to use as well. Beautiful bathroom with lovely shower and facilities too. Perfect spot when visiting Bruges.

The hotel had informed us in advance of scaffolding works being done, which was a shame as it covered the beautiful front of the hotel and outside our windows but we had no disturbance from this at all, the room and staff well made up for any inconvenience.

This is a gorgeous hotel five minutes from the central market in Brussels. The decor is stunning and manages to feel luxury but homely at the same time. Our room was cleaned everyday and tea/coffee replaced. On the first morning I’d left my pyjamas on the bed and when I came back they were folded nicely. Little extras like this made the hotel feel special. The staff are lovely, so friendly and accommodating. Gave plenty of honest tips about the city and let us borrow a plug adapter for the whole trip. Absolutely loved breakfast, great selection of Continental, cooked breakfast and sweet pastries/waffles. Loved it x

The location was great for us because we wanted to be close to the centre but one night we did notice quite a bit of noise from a bar across the road which went on until early hours. It was a weekend though and New Years Eve! So I don’t know if that’s the usual every weekend. This isn’t the fault of the hotel though, you just need to decide if it’s too close to the centre for you. It was silent throughout the weekdays and we slept great. The hotel itself was lovely and quiet, no rowdy guests etc so this isn’t a dislike about the hotel at all, but just something about the location.

Comfortable good value rooms a few minutes walk from the main square. We had four rooms in our group. Standard rooms spacious and well furnished for two, budget rooms, a bit less space and furniture, but still good for two and more than adequate for one.

Breakfast was not included and was €17.50 each. Probably not bad value for the larger males in the group, but, not so good for the females all of whom in our group eat like sparrows. We ate breakfast elsewhere, which was fine.
