Anna, who was working each day, was very kind and friendly. She was an excellent cleaner and made a lovely breakfast each morning. Most days I was stuffed so full that I skipped lunch and just had dinner. My room was enormous, but it was the only room available for my dates and the property was so highly rated that I really wanted to try it out. The touches like a local beer being in your fridge, water, coffee & tea available in your room, and delicious treats left for you each day were so thoughtful.
Didn't love the depth of the tub/shower. I'm sure it's amazing for soaking, but I just used it for showers and with my bad knee, it was a bit of a challenge to get in and out! I was above the kitchen/dining area, so on the days I was sleeping in, I was woken up by the noise of other guests. The two chairs in the sitting area of the room have lost their stuffing, but I really only sat in them to put my shoes on, so it wasn't too bad for me.

Where can I even start ! We stayed here for three nights and they were a dream. From the moment we checked in the whole experience was a delight. Greeted with beer and chocolate on arrival. And each day we came back to stocked up logs and fire lighters, and a sweet treat left. It felt like home Breakfast was flawless. Fresh fruit and warm options everyday, that vary making each morning a treat Over all one of the best places I’ve stayed for the value. It is right next to town and some delightful bars and restaurants Bed was massive and comfy, shower and bathroom were toasty warm, and water pressure was unmatched We will be recommending to all our Friends and hopeful returning

Beautiful house, furnished in a thoughtful way. Our room overlooked the canal and was warm and spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable and the facilities were modern and practical. Breakfast was provided in a beautiful main room flooded with light from a private courtyard and a blazing real fire. Fantastic location only a few minutes walk to the main square. Really made our trip enjoyable knowing we were heading back to such a nice place after a day of walking round the town. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind, really looked after us. Highly recommend!

The accomodation was excellent, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff, two lovely ladies were so friendly and could not have been any more welcoming. The breakfast room was great with the added bonus of a log fire! There was a great choice of food which was very enjoyable. When we arrived there were two beers in the fridge from the local brewery which we visited on the first day! Also chocolates in the room, lovely little touches to make our stay memorable! We will be back for sure as the location was fantastic. Near to the centre but in a quiet location. Perfect two day stay.

Great peaceful canalside location close to the centre of Bruges and brilliant to have a terrace where we could sit out overlooking the canal. We had a cellar-type room beneath the breakfast area and it was characterful, spacious and comfortable. Not being able to watch the TV in bed because of it's siting was probably our only very minor grumble. A very nice breakfast provided including the essential yoghurt and fruit for my partner ! Some nice touches like chcolates/cakes being left in the room daily and a couple of nice Bruges beers in the fridge on arrival !
Noting really.....Based on the price I had high expectations and these were met

The waterside setting was lovely and we enjoyed the boho decor of our enormous room. Although so near the Markt, it was really peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. Access directly from our room to the terrace by the canal was a bonus. The staff and owner were all very friendly and charming. There is a very useful ring-binder full of suggestions for your stay (including a few helpful “don’ts”!). The breakfasts were excellent - so many options it was hard to know where to start. We tend not to be big on hotel breakfasts but these were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Bruges!
Tiny downside - but only on the first morning - was that our bed was under the kitchen and breakfast room so we were woken up earlier than desired by breakfast prep. It was just the first day though so not a big deal.

Everything! We loved the olde world rustic interior. We had direct access to the outside patio which was lovely and we also enjoyed sitting at the outside canal terrace watching the ducks and swans swim past. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The treats that were left each day were a nice touch, thank you. We will definitely stay with you again. An added bonus was the resident cat and dog which were so cute and friendly.
Only one small criticism, there was no wardrobe space apart from a small cupboard downstairs with 5 coat hangers between us. We had been touring Europe and had quite a few change of outfits suitable for all weathers.

Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Romantic setting with a small terrace beside a tiny canal. Room is a former medieval basement with lovely vaulted ceilings and quite spacious. There is no window, but instead a type of hatch to access the canal-side terrace. The basement gloom is dispelled by a web of overhead lights, which work well, although the bathroom is a little sombre. Well equipped bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Brugge.
There was some sort of internet connection issue while we were there, that Tine worked hard to correct, with only moderate success. Since we spent most of our time out and about in Brugge, this didn't fuss us much.

I loved absolutely everything about this place! The location was great, and from the second we arrived the staff were friendly and welcoming, they made us a coffee and gave us lots of information about where to go and where to eat etc. The room was amazing - we had the basement room with the terrace, and there were lots of little touches like chocolates and local beers. The breakfast was one of the tastiest things I’ve eaten, they made lots of things to order like waffles as well as the buffet items Honestly couldn’t have felt more welcome - by far the best place I’ve stayed

Absolutely stunning location with cute rooms. We stayed in an apartment in an old GodsHouse. Very cool. Well decorated and the staff was wonderful. Bed was yummy. Views over the canal were spot on. The little chocolates and details were very welcome And made our trip special. Will return
We visited when it was very hot. Our apartment was upstairs at the attic line. Our ac could t keep up. I asked for a bedside or portable fan but none were available. Slight deduction for this. I hate sleeping hot.
