The location was phenomenal. The room had a direct view of the Belfort, right next to many restaurants, yet it was extremely quiet and we could sleep with open windows without any issue. The hotel was in a beautiful historic Bruges building and was decorated accordingly.

The toilet was a little tight for us to sit down next to the bath. Other than this there is really nothing to say. It was clean, nice, the owners were polite and helpful. We felt comfortable staying there as a family of 4.

This hotel is underrated. I had a great stay here! The room is exactly what you see in the pictures. It's clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. You're a 5 minute walk from the Market Place and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and only about 10 minutes away from the bus headed into the train station (or you can walk there in about 20 minutes). As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around at all hours and had no concerns. Totally worth it and a great price.

Good central location a short walk to a good range of bars, restaurants and many of the famous sights of Bruges. The breakfast was excellent and very good value. The hotel is in a very old building so allowances have to be made for the facilities, having said that our room and the breakfast room was comfortable and clean. Stairs were ok for us but no lift available so less able guests may struggle.

We absolutely loved the quirky, homey, comfy property! The Staff/managers/(owners?) were so welcoming, lovely people. Also super helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. (And if it didn’t, there’s a sign on the back of the door telling us that all we had to do was call the front desk and they’d provide us with what we needed!) Shower had great pressure!

This is not a chain so I cannot imagine how hard it is to keep up with constant fixes!…but blackout curtains may need to be installed, and the bathroom doors may need updating.

The atmosphere of the hotel Is amazing. This Is not your standart Hotel that you've seen a variaty of hundreds of times before. This one Is trully unique. The pair of owners that runs the place Is very kind and helfpul. It's located in the city center So you can get everywhere quickly. Breakfast has all the Essentials And Is pretty cheap for the Area. This one Is trully magical place And if you can overlook some quirks you will fall in love with it for sure.

This was not an issue for us but it Is good to know. It Is very charming but it's good to know that staircases And hallways Are pretty narrow And since there Is no elevator, it can be difficult for people with reduced mobility to reach their room. It Is located in the center So some noise could be heard from the street during the night. If you are a light sleeper, it's good to have ear plugs on you.

Great location, stylish and cosy interior. It is also possible to drive by car directly to the hotel to drop off the luggage and then leave for a nearby underground parking lot. Everything important is quickly reachable by feet.

The room was smaller than we expected (more like 12 sqm than 18...), especially the bathroom. The street was quite noisy from the early morning. Room was really hot in the hot weather, but there was a large desk fan available and with open windows during the night the air cooled down nicely. If you want to drive a car from Zilverpand parking to the hotel you need to drive almost around whole Brugges (just kidding, but it is definitely 4km - Google Maps has wrong one-way streets in Brugges).

The hotel is in a great location. It was good value compared to other options when I visited towards the end of March. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample hot water in the morning for a shower. The breakfast cost extra, but was worth it. It was a really excellent spread. It's a 2 star hotel so don't be expecting luxurious rooms, but it was great for a short stay.

I liked it all. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It's not for those who want luxury (it's a 2 star hotel), but I found it perfect for a one night stay.

Friendly staff, allowed us leave bags there before check-in and after check-out. Hotel is in a beautiful building in the heart of the city. It is extremely warm inside in the summer, no AC but there was a fan provided in the room, and at night had windows open and not too noisy. Good selection for breakfast. Location is excellent, few minutes walk to main square

Bathroom is very small, and sink is in the bedroom, not the bathroom. Wasn't an issue for us, but might not be to everyone's liking.

Lovely friendly l proprietor. His hotel was a beautifu,l atmospheric, period building with a splendid spiral staircase. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and cinnamon bread cake was delicious. Brilliant central location.

There was nothing we did not like. It would have been a bonus to have had tea/coffee facility in the room, but it certainly was not a big deal.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was perfect. You could buy a continental breakfast which was very good and had a very reasonable choice of food. The hotel was small but had a lot of character and everything was good value for money

The rooms were small, but this is the only minor concern and it didn't effect the enjoyable stay.
