The bed and pillows were very good. Rooms are updated and are nice as well.

Parking was very frustrating and confusing! The confusion is caused by the write-up for the hotel. The hotel says they have parking at a nearby location. It’s actually at another Hotel! I am not sure why they don’t just say the parking is at another Hotel and provide the name of the Hotel. It’s also a bit of a walk…..especially when you are pulling suitcases in the rain. The parking is actually at Hotel Monsieur Ernest. Hopefully this helps someone.

We had a superior double room No. 2. Well situated only a 5 minute walk from the town centre this is a very contemporary style hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, crisp white bed linen, plenty of open hanging space for clothes, large modern shower room and very clean throughout. The breakfast room also served as the bar and lounge area. It was tastefully decorated, furnished with comfortable seating and had a pleasant atmosphere. Whilst there is no parking at the hotel there is free parking, albeit with limited spaces, within 7-8 minutes walk away and also paid parking in an underground facility a 5 minute walk away at €20 per day. We were able to park outside for a short while to unload our luggage which was very convenient. Breakfast was typically Belgian / French style and I would class it as being good. Mike on reception was very helpful.

the curtains next to the WC in the bathroom had splash marks from something and looked grotty.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the center of Bruges. The staff were very helpful, providing me with a map and great recommendations upon check-in; housekeeping was lovely and very friendly, and breakfast was great. Overall it was a good stay and I would return if I ever visit Bruges again.

The room was very basic and the mattress pad on the bed kept sliding around which was a bit annoying. It was very clean however and housekeeping came by to make up the room every day, which I appreciated. There is no air conditioning which I would have preferred (but I'm American so may just be a cultural preference), but there was a fan in the room and the window opened easily for airflow.

The staff are very helpful and welcoming, the continental breakfast is great value and the room was clean and comfortable with some nice personal touches such as bottles water and a pretty night light (great when you have children) and it’s also in a fantastic location with parking round the corner which was pretty cheap for the night, I think around 7 euros. Overall good value for money and a pleasant place to stay.

The bathroom was very small but functional. Parking at the sister hotel was unfortunately full but we managed to find a space in a parking lot near to the hotel.

The canal view from the superior room is very beautiful. The hotel staff were very good at introducing the city, places to visit, and places to eat. The superior room is big enough with plenty of space to move around. The cleanliness was very good; they cleaned every day during our 3-night stay. The hotel's location is great, perfect for evening walks. The breakfast had enough variety and was tasty. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms. I would like to stay at this hotel again when I go again.

The visco pad under the bed makes it hot. The bed and pillows' comfort could be better. There is no air conditioning in the room, but we didn't need it anyway.

We really liked the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were kind and helpful. Great location with parking nearby. Loved the bar area and the fact that we could sit in there in the evening and not have to be in our room the whole time. Comfy beds and pillows! We would definitely stay again. Nice quiet street with little to no noise to disrupt our sleep.

Some things needed fixing. One of the light fixtures was not fitted securely to the wall, one of the plug socket plastic covers fell off the wall, and the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall too. The grout in the shower didn't look very clean and needs a refresh. The window got stuck and wouldn't open. None of these things were a huge issue but they do need to be fixed. It wouldn't impact my willingness to stay again.

Perfect central location. A few minutes walk right into the centre but far enough away to be quiet It has family rooms!!! A rarity it seems. You can drop luggage off / store luggage at the location… which helps with parking. The advice should simply be drop the cases - and then park at central station and walk.

We did not manage to reserve a car parking space at the hotel… it then took us two hours to find somewhere to park…. In a one way system, and with all central car parks full…. The ceiling in room 10 clearly needs painting after addressing some mould. The room had a balcony - which would be a lovely extra with a chair and cleaned… but it currently brought down the feel of the room and we just drew the curtains not to look at it.

The staff was helpful. We stayed at the room which has a canal view. The room was clean except dead mosquitoes on the ceiling. The location is perfect to explore the city, 4-5 minutes to centre. The price is ok for 3 stars hotel , worth it!

I have seen couple of dead mosquitos, which is kind of disgusting and the ceiling was not cleaned up as well. I had to accommodate with a few other guests who were not taught how to shut the door properly by their parents at the hotel! my sleep was interrupted by them multiple times because of them!

Great staff, very helpful, very charming. Central location close to the Belfort, public parking nearby which cost about €15 for 24hrs, really comfy bed with excellent pillows (yes, great pillows) Nice decor.

Mosquitoes! Nice view from my room, unfortunately the stagnant water from the canal below attracted many midges. There's actually an insect repellent system in the room that I was unaware of, didn't find out until my last day thanks to Cynthia for pointing it out We don't get mosquitoes here in Ireland so was unsure how to deal with the blighters. Lots of love bites through the night haha Some coffee or tea making facilities would've been appreciated, but not a deal breaker.

The location was great, right by a canal and 2 blocks from the square. Specific family size rooms with 3 beds was awesome. Cozy brick style road was just a short walk from all the resteraunts, pubs, museum and cathedral. Free Euro continental breakfast with espresso/coffee maker.

It's not really a big deal, but the only thing I can think of is that free parking was about a 12-minute walk. While paid parking was a max of 4 hours for 16 Euro, but couldn't leave the vehicle overnight, but it was right around the corner.
