The hotel's location was perfect for me - close to the train station. Even though I arrived earlier, there was a storage room where you could leave your luggage. The room was clean and cozy! There was everything that you need.

A few weeks after I booked this hotel, I received a strange message with a link sent by the hotel via booking —it said that I only had one chance to register myself, and if I didn't do it, my reservation would be canceled. Even though I prepared my room, this link asked me to do it again .. which was a scam. I texted the hotel to ask about this situation and they told me that somebody sent these strange messages by their name and they recommended to not do anything. It was a confusing situation for me

Comfortable and quiet room. Good shower. Beds ok. Staff friendly and the location is great. Just a 5 min walk across into the old town - a main bus hub just across the road and one bus stop from Bruges train station. Small supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within 5-10 min walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A bit more liberal use of bleach in the bathroom and the loo would be welcome - but general level of cleanliness was ok and I would stay again.

A 10-minute walk from the train station; bus station just a few meters from the hotel in case it's raining and you want to take a bus to/from the hotel. No adjoining hotels (which means it's quiet). They have their own restaurant and just across the big square are several restaurants. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the main centre (where the Belfry is). Positive: you don't have to drag your luggage through cobbled streets, unlike if you are staying in the centre itself. Area is safe (the whole Bruges is safe anyway). Staff are very pleasant; even the chef asked whether we needed anything (he served food in the restaurant because there was a gathering in one of their event rooms where most wait staff were assigned). Reception is very helpful. I always like hotels that have a mini fridge in their rooms (and this one has). They replenish two small bottles of water (one still, one sparkling) every day. Rooms, hallways are very clean.

Maybe add the city tax to the hotel bill instead of having to pay for it separately (but maybe this is a requirement of the Bruges city hall). Not a deal breaker, but it saves time during check in.

The staff were exellent, they gave us some tips about the city and were super helpful. The hotel is located in a great place. Breakfast was very good and in a very cosy and light place. The room was also ok. The Christmas decorations were super nice.

We got a bit lost in the hotel at first and went through the wrong door outside, the door closed behind us and we couldn’t open it to get back in…it was already dark and we had to find our way back. It was a minor thing but I guess a bit of a clear signs on walls wouldn’t hurt

The people were wonderful. Explained everything calmly and carefully, even though they must repeat the same message for everyone! Location excellent. Right on the square, and short walk to both xmas markets. Parking underneath, whilst tight and steep to get in, had big spaces, well lit, easy access to hotel.

Was cold in room, basic duvet and no extra blankets or pillows. The room on 4th floor vibrated when some thumping local nightclub (?) music was going, which thankfully stopped promptly at 2300hrs.

the hotel is in the best location and it was amazing to be able to walk out and everything is there.

Parking is expensive and there is local public car park that is half the price walking distance across the square. the cleaning staff are useless . There was a great big piece of broken glass on the floor and this was very dangerous and we nearly stood on it ! .we mentioned this to staff and reception and they did not seem interested. Because of this , we may not stay here again Other than this , all great

Bathroom designers seem to worry more about looks than utility. For example, the showers are large and lovely, but there is no shelf on which one can put shampoo, soap conditioner, washcloth etc. So when taking a shower you have to put everything on the floor except perhaps the one thing you are holding. A small shelf would make taking a shower considerably easier and can be accomplished with no significant expense or harmful impact on design. Also, it would be nice if there were a hook closer to the shower to hold a robe or towel for when one is leaving the shower.

Our room was comfortable, warm and had plenty of space. The view from the window on the top floor was wonderful and extremely pretty at night. The location is perfect for people wanting to explore the Town, the shops and the rest of the local area - it's in the middle of everything.

we'd hoped for a double bed, but got 2 singles with separate covers pushed together. It's not the end of the world though, and was extremely comfortable.
