Room was modern, large bed, best use of space, modern bathroom and AC. TV and coffee/Tea making facilitis, USB chargers. Location was literally 5 minutes walk into Brugges, 10 minute walk to the train station and free shuttle bus at the door. The breakfast was excellent choice of cereals, bread, cheese, meats, eggs, spreads, coffee, tea and juice.staff were fantastic, helpful, made you feel welcome, happy to chat and engage, very attentive. Parking underground nearby - 3 minute walk with case to the hotel. Parking was 16 euro a day, alternatively parking was available at the train station at 5 euro a day with free bus travel. We chose to pay extra secure car park and close to the hotel. Access to more than Brugge, we took a train Brussels and shopped till we dropped and a mere 58 euro return for 2 and we also went to Ghent on the train as well took in the ahops and sights. Anyway about the hotel and staff, location and facilities - FANTASTIC!!! Christine was great offering advice on where ro go etc and the owners mum also helped at breakfast.

-Breakfast was amazing! The ladies are so nice and kind :) Because is not buffet, they ask you what do you prefer. Eggs, cereal, juices, tea, coffee, etc. They are very generous with the bread (many types! ---> Croissants, brown bread, white bread, etc ), Fruit salad, different types of cheese and ham. -We were 4, we asked for a large bed and 2 individual and we got what we asked :) -There's air-conditioning, TV, coffee/tea maker... I just missed a small frigo bar :) -The location is very central (in front of the bust station) what makes things a bit difficult when you came by car and with lots of luggage. Around the hotel the streets are only allowed for public transport. A good solution is to park at the Train Station parking (around 6 euro for 2 nights), it's safe and cheap (10 min walking). -For sure we will back to this hotel in the future !!!

-A bit hard to drive around the hotel, most streets around are not allowed for cars. Only public transport. Not a big thing, maybe better to park and walk to the hotel.

The hotel is walk in distance from the train station (10min walk), if you don't want to walk take a taxi, it should not cost more than 10 Euro. The location of the hotel is great, very close to city center, very close to a supermarket if you need water and snacks. We added breakfast as part of the room, which was amazing, the croissants were fresh along with the eggs and meats. The hotel staff was always super friendly, always smiling and very helpful.. I'd stay here again if or when we visit Bruges.

The staff was exceptional! The breakfast was amazing - so much fresh pastries, meat, cheese, fruit, etc. and they offered for us to take it with us for our lunch later in the day. We ended up doing that all three days we stayed!

I would have given it 10/10 except the room was a bit dated (old carpet, chipped paint on doors) and the stair way leading up to our room was EXTREMELY narrow and steep. But the staff offered to carry our luggage up and were very accommodating. From now on I will ask about that before booking.

a small hotel in old typical town house. the room was bigger than I expected and the bath room was really big. All clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. Although the hotel does not have elevator, the Receptionist took my baggage up the stairs and down. Breakfast not server as buffet, but you get a wide selection brought to your table. 10 minutes walking distance from the train station, and another 10 minutes to get to the old city pedestrian area.

can not think of any.

Lovely family run hotel. Comfy room, Jack and Jill bathroom shared with our kids. The breakfast was brought to the table and the staff were so nice and attentive. Extra glazing in the front facing rooms kept it quiet at night.

Nothing really. Would have been nice to be able to park to drop bags off but that isn't the hotels fault and the multistory was in fact much closer than was described.

The room was clean and comfortable, we had a family room for 4 which was two rooms with a shared bathroom between them, which worked well for our family with teenagers. We appreciated the little sofa and chairs after a day's sightseeing :) The breakfast was brilliant in quality and quantity, variety of fresh croissants and bread rolls, cold meats, cereal, eggs, fruit and yoghurt. Nice orange juice too and freshly made coffee with hot milk. A real treat, thank you. The location is great, a few mins walk to the centre but quiet. The underground car park is very close by.

Nothing, it was great. The rooms are not huge but we were expecting that in a city hotel and storage space was ample.

Hosts were perfect particularly the lady of the house. We had a family room which consisted for two rooms. the main room and bathroom was a good size the second room was also great but probably better for two children rather than two tall adults. But saying that, it was an excellent stay. Tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. Place was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful.

The location is great, the hotel is very close to all the attractions, but also to the train station, everything is within walking distance. The staff is very kind, breakfast was decilious, it had everything we could have needed. We could leave our luggage after check-out. The room was clean, although a bit too small.
