Location is good and very close to most of the attractions and restaurants in the old city. A bit of breakfast is also a plus. Hot shower is very fast. Bathroom has good space to put toiletries.

Pillows were too soft and it was hard to get a good sleep. I kept hitting my head on the low wall/ceiling because our room was on the top floor. But it’s not too bad since it’s probably more quiet than the lower floor.

The Hotel Loreto was fabulous. I chose it because it was close to the hotel that my brother was staying at. It is located near everything that you need and the staff that we dealt with were amazing. We got stuck on a train the day that we tried to get there and they held our room for us after my brother advised them that we would not be arriving, after all. The breakfast was also amazing as well as the very comfortable beds. I can't recommend them enough! I only wish that we could have stayed there longer.

Excellent location a short walk to the city center and close to tourist attractions. Basic but spacious room with enough space for two travel cots for our children. An excellent breakfast with many choices of cereals, meats, cheese, fruits and even boiled eggs. Kind and friendly hosts, and family friendly hotel overall. No onsite parking but a short walk from a parking garage.

Liesbet was a fantastic host and delivered on every request we had for her. We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, the room was very clean and tidy. Location of the hotel is excellent.

It was very hot while we were there and missed an aircon in the room, however this did not retract from our stay at Loreto.

Hello, I can’t begin to explain the kindness that Liesbeth Keirsebilck from Team Hotel Loreto in Brugges, Belgium showed us. We stayed there for 2 days in October and are based in Netherlands. We left behind our daughter’s toy as it most probably slipped under the cot. This was my childhood toy so it had a lot of emotions attached to it. I emailed the hotel and they stayed in coordination. We received the toy within 15 days of her confirmation. They didn’t have to do this, but they did. The kindness warmed my heart. Great stay, amazing location and a host that takes proper care!

size of the rooms is slightly lesser than expected but nothing too worrisome.

Beautifully refurbished building with an excellent location. The hostess was friendly and the breakfast was very good. Our room was comfortable, my only suggestion is for better pillows. All in all it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Staff were extremely helpful. we stayed with our little boy who is nearly one and they heated up the food we brought for him whenever we asked. travel cot was very comfy and ideal for baby. perfect location for exploring Bruges.

Room was a little on the small side for us, the baby, travel cot, stroller, suitcases etc but not a negative and it wouldn’t put us off staying here again.

The property was in an amazing location just short of 10 minute walk into the Markt square. Staff were amazing - friendly, welcoming and very helpful when asked questions about the local area. Breakfast was plentiful and kept us filled up for the morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and Thankyou Hotel Loreto for a fabulous stay in Bruges!

The location was excellent and so were the staff. Extremely clean room. Would definitely recommend if visiting Bruges.

The wifi connection in the room was very weak and as visitors, it was challenging to use the internet.

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly welcome and staff. In a central location with very little traffic and hardly any noise except for the rhythmic ‘ clip clop’ of the horse drawn carriages passing by.

The double bed could have been more comfortable.
