Everything was super Very nice owner Artur! And so much hospitality. Cleaning was done every day, water was in the bottles every day, breakfast was refilled every day in the fridge and every morning Artur brought fresh fruits and bread. Artur was always in touch with any questions. The apartment is located near the Midi train station and metro station, also 20 minutes by walk from the city center

The neighborhood is not nice because of the train station, many strange people, and the homeless, but it is just a type of area. Station nearby it's a big plus for travelers

The apartment was quite big, clean and looked good, everything we needed was there. The stairwell was also polite and pleasant, the previous comments about the narrow stairs and no elevator are true and you have to walk several floors to get to the apartment, but we were only with backpacks and it was not a problem. Check-in went quickly, we were even able to do it a little earlier than it is provided in their terms, the owner was already waiting for us, explained everything and left - fast, comfortable and easy. For breakfast, there is everything you need in the fridge, such as cheese, ham, butter, water, milk, eggs. Bread and, of course, Belgian waffles and fruits are brought to the door at 7 in the morning in a box, there is a capsule coffee machine in the apartment, so it is self-service breakfast but it is very convenient. The accommodation is very close to the train station, as well as just a short walk from the city centre. We highly recommend.

amazing property. Immaculate apartments, right by the train. it doesn’t get better then this. Artur greeted us, showed us the room and amenities. amazing bonus, he fully stocks the fridge with waters, cheese, milk, ham, eggs, butter…and delivers fresh bread and fruit to your door each morning. we also came back to a clean room, dishes put away. coffee. Artur let me use the washing machine and dryer and I did three loads—was amazing because we had been traveling a week.

With the amenities and cleanliness and value of the apartment, you are not in a good neighborhood, but at night you take a taxi home.

We booked because of its proximity to the train station, supermarket, space, and washing machine. It was perfect. Artur was so easy to deal with. Stepped us through everything we needed to know. A stocked fridge and well supplied with cooking implements. And a daily supply of bread, fruit, and treats. It served our purpose perfectly! And of ever we are back in Brussels, this will be where we book!

The apartment was amazing. But it is an area to take care in. We weren't out at night (because we had full days out and felt like this was home) - so we cooked local produce / supplied food each night - that is fun for us! So there really wasn't a downside as far as we were concerned.

The apartment is very nice, clean, large apartment with comfortable beds (2 twins together), small balcony, and stocked refrigerator. The WiFi works well. Very close to the train station. Kind gentleman greets you and shows you the amenities.

I asked about turning on the AC and was informed there’s only a fan. We arrived late in the evening and it was already cooling down; we were only here one night, so it was pleasant; however the temperature in the heat of the day might require an AC. Make sure you have an electric connection that will fit into a recessed outlet.

The location is very close to Brussels Midi railway station. The owner, Artur, met us on arrival and was very helpful in showing us our room and its facilities, and provided a map of Brussels. The room was large and just as described. It had a table and chairs, comfortable bed, tv, shower room, and kitchen area. Good WiFi. The area was noisy at times but shutting the windows blocked the noise and there was a fan to cool the room when needed. Blackout blinds kept the room dark at night. Plenty of storage, a large fridge, microwave and small induction hob. Simple meals could be cooked with the equipment provided, and there was a supermarket just around the corner on Avenue Fonsny. The fridge was well stocked with cheese, ham, tinned fish, milk, yoghurt, butter, bottles of beer, honey, jam and chocolate spread. Coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine as well as a selection of teas. Each morning fresh rolls were left outside the room door. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and fridge supplies topped up. We didn't find the area unsafe and walked to and from the city centre at night.

No major dislikes or issues. We didn't have much luggage and are fully mobile so getting to our room on the 2nd floor was not an issue - there is no lift and the stairway is narrow. The pillows probably need replacing as beginning to get lumpy. We would have liked the option not to have towels changed every day

The building where the rooms are is located very neer to Brussel Central station and the Metro Station. Hence it is easy to reach the Center of Brussels or the Atomium (M 6). Arthur, the Landlord, opened the door and showed me the room and explained the working of the kitchen and the heating. He also explained me the public places of interest and left me a very useful map. in the fridge was enough stuff to have a good breakfeast (or, if one wishes also a light dinner with bread (this must be bought), cheese, ham, eggs etc.). in the mornibng Arthur placed bread and fruits at the door. He is very nice and helpful.

As i am a light sleeper i felt it was a litte bit noisy in the night outside. Police cars crossed quite often the street. Inside the house i heard nothing.

Oh, whow, this place is amazing. Arthur met us when we arrived and showed us our room and how everything worked. (We didn't work out the coffee maker,) The fridge was stuffed with food, and we were able to make supper for ourselves as we were too tired to go out. Clean,modern, comfortable bed TV everything you could wish for. There was even an extra box of food left outside for breakfast! ( we didn't know it was there)! Thank you very much.

Loved it all. Very convenient to the Railway Station

The room was perfect for our stay and Arthur was very helpful with everything and explained things very well. It was a very spacious room which was very clean and was very well prepared before hand. It was kept clean every day as we would have a maid come whilst we were out. Food was left outside our room every morning and had plenty of food for breakfast and to eat during the day if we were back at the room. The fridge was also restocked if we had anything out of there also! It was also perfect for us as we were very close to the train station so we could move around the city very easily! Overall it exceeded our expectations and we would recomment to anyone to stay here! Thank you very much. Jack

The place was nice, clean and spacious. The concierge was very friendly and fully explained where everything was and how to use things like the cooker. The breakfast was excellent and there was more than enough to make a choice - there was eggs, fresh bread, yoghurt, fruits, cereal etc and of course tea and coffee. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby :-)

I like everything and I fail to see how any improvement would be needed. It was ALL good!
