The whole hotel in general and the rooms in particular are made with high quality and design. Patio with pond, lobby, restaurant, fusion style looks very good. Designers also worked in the rooms, although there are no extraordinary solutions, everything is done wisely and at a high aesthetic level. The breakfast is modest but nutritious enough.

The location itself is convenient on the one hand (next to the station), but at the same time it doesn’t look very good (dirty streets, many homeless people and refugees in the area), but they didn’t bother us

Very stylish city hotel in central location (near Brussels South (midi) station)

Kindness of personal, especially on reception was not so good. Check-in was more like on a military checkpoint then on a hotel reception. Same (although not so much) was true for Check-out. A notable exception was the staff during breakfast which was very friendly and helpfull.

This hotel is in a really convenient location for exploring the city. There is a metro station over the road with links to everywhere in the City, and everything is in a walkable distance to the hotel. Some parts of the neighbourhood leave a bit to be desired at night but that's the same with any big cities, like London. Overally we felt very safe as two young women at night wandering around. The hotel itself was tastefully decorated, simple and effective. We loved the cute QR art that took up one wall in our room. Our room was huge and the bed was outrageously comfortable. I can honestly say I've never slept in a more comfortable hotel bed. We had a Queen bed and a sofa that was pretty cosy for watching movies in when we had worn ourselves out in town. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, we ended up sleeping much deeper and better than we usually do on holiday. We didn't try the breakfast or bar as Brussels was right outside and there was plenty of eat and drink. Great hotel though, would definitely stay again!

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, or a little coffee machine/kettle. We got a bottle of wine for a night in so would have been nice to have a fridge. For the coffee machine/kettle, I think it's important to note that we are British and this seems to be a very British thing in our hotels. Not a major flaw at all, but would have like an espresso in a super comfortable bed.

Room was decorated very nicely, very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, nice selection though on the smaller side. Really close to the Brussels Midi station which was ideal for me.

Coffee making facilities in the room would be great, as well as a fridge for own food/water storage. Groups of men were hanging outside the hotel at all hours of the day, and for quite a distance up the roads leading to the hotel too. A staff member said they're unemployed refugees, but it was unsettling as a lone female traveller as they would call after me when I walked past them. I decided to get UBER's to and front the hotel from then on.

Beautifully designed hotel, both the lobby / breakfast area and the rooms. My room (for 4 people) was very spacious and comfortable, bathroom was huge, and I loved the decor (mix of industrial + botanic). Breakfast was very good, I am a vegetarian on a healthy diet and I could find enough to eat (hot and cold vegetables, boiled eggs, healthier bread, fruit and natural yoghurt), which is not always the case in hotels in that part of Europe. For those who prefer unhealthy food, the choice was also very wide ;-). Hotel location is great for travellers, a few mins walk to Brussels Midi (train + metro), and to a tram stop, 20 mins walk to the city centre. A good choice of restaurants nearby, esp. seafood and middle-eastern food.

You could only complain about mess in that part of the city (a lot of trash on the streets... sad!), but that is not the hotel's fault ofc.

This boutique hotel is very beautiful and original. Its reachable very fast by foot from the Midi Trainstation, and also you can reach the old town / inner city and it`s restaurants (Grote Markt etc.) super fast. Of course some may not feel confortable walking the streets by night between the hotel and the "better parts" of town, but I liked the contrasting sights and have no problem with multicultural quarters.

It`s just me but I have a tiny problem with the way the sheeds are put on hotel beds. I never know how to handle them and under which blanket I actually are supposed to sleep haha!

Incredible lobby interior design upon entry. Free water provided too with a water jug by reception. Really happy with our room as well: 606. I asked for a quiet room and our room was indeed quiet, well sound-proofed, with a huge and comfortable king bed (firm but not too firm mattress). Two pillows, one firmer than the other, per side, so I also really liked that as well. Really appreciate the toiletries are not sample size but full size so as to not encourage waste. Outlets by the bed. AC well placed to cool the room but not blast over the bed. Excellent Wifi. Less than a 10-minute walk from the station.

Maid knocked at 10:30 (!!!) when checkout is noon. Also no recycling containers in the room :( Room is large enough for a mini fridge so wish one was in the room.

The first floor lounge is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. It sprawls through several areas with their own feng shui, including a dining area and considerable outdoor atrium. The room was large and well insulated from sound. The bed is equipped with comfortable firm and soft pillows. The room and bathroom are tastefully decorated and equipped with American-grade climate control.

The Lemonier-Midi area is a rough neighborhood undergoing major street construction. Stick to the main boulevard to the station or use the convenient Lemonier Metro stop and you’ll appreciate the hotel’s amenities and the rest of the city.

The hotel is close from the Midi/Zuid station, about 5-8 minutes walk. The location is good in terms of getting to the center (by walk), although it's not the most clean part of the city. The room was very cosy, in a "vintage" style, darker colours, but everything looked new and fresh. We enjoyed the little sweets upon arrival and the Android TV setting (we could watch our own TV and videos from a phone or tablet). The bathroom was wide, shower perfect. We didn't have chance to use other facilities of the hotel, but everything looked very nice. The breakfast was just great and so was the detailed list of instructions and recommendations.

These are just a minor suggestions: The lavatory was wide, like to no effect wide... To the expense of the space for the closet, where we felt a little cramped. Also (just a suggestion), having umbrellas for rent is a think to consider.

Friendly staff and easy check-in. Hotel in newly renovated! The room was spacious and clean. We were welcomed with a Belgian treat and water. Comfortable beds and free interactive guide to exploring Brussels. Very close to all attractions in town and to metro-stations. Do not be appalled by the reviews about the neighborhood. It is a bit rough, but as long as you are attentive and street smart you will be fine. We came back to the hotel 23.30 and all safe.

Would have been good with a remote for the air-condition closer to the bed. Our wall-remote was located at the end of a long hallway.
