The beds were very comfortable and large, enough room the store your luggage. Very large window with a view of the train station. The employee was very kind and helpful. Let us store our bikes securely in a unfinished room. And was in general a very nice person. Price was also excellent for what kind of room you get.

The halls and lobby smelt a bit wierd and the shower was very hard to control the temperature with a weak stream. Also no ac which didn’t was a problem for us. Entrance to the hotel was very messy due to construction next to the hotel.

The location is perfect walking distance to Bruxelles-Midi/Zuid train station. It was clean and comfortable for the one night stay. In a pinch we had to extend our stay and the staff was helpful in helping us accomplish this. The bathroom size was good and clean. The desk area in the room was helpful as was the armoire to hang our coats.

If you like thick pillows, bring your own. We didn’t mind them, but they were on the flatter side. The elevator is tiny where the two of us with two backpacks had to squeeze in.

Very quick and easy to check in and out, with very flexible times and the room and bathroom were immaculate. The staff were very friendly helpful.

The pillows were a bit hard (or maybe the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows a bit soft - not sure) - I could feel some uncomfortable pressure if I kept my head still for a long while.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast, although an addition €7, and despite a photo of a rather small breakfast, breakfast was great - scrambled egg, roll, pastry, croissant and help yourself to coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yoghurt etc. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others.

Closer to the MIDI railway station .20 minutes walk to Grand place and other attractions.Staff were helpful.Comfortable stay. If you are looking for halal restaurants,there are many restaurants around.

They don’t provide any water .So you have to use wending machine for it or the shops nearby.Not many items for breakfast.No AC .

As a british drivers. I found the access to the location very difficult, due to road works. I would suggest that hotel staff suggest a much easier location, where they can help customer to reach the hotel car park

The room and bedsheets were clean, beds was comfortable and spacious for my two kids and myself.

We could hear other people in their rooms, I wouldn’t mind but my kids was a bit scared. It didn’t have kettle and tea or coffee in the room. Limited space for three luggages as well.

- Rasheed was nice, friendly and cooperative. I made him several requests, and he complied every time. - Location is great, just few minutes of walk from Brussels Midi station. - WIFI was good. - Warm water was available, however, one has to wait few minutes for it. - Lift is available.

- Rasheed didn't speak good English, which is important if you are sitting at reception of a hotel. - Construction was going on infront of the hotel, as a result, Google Maps wasn't working at its best when I was navigating to reach the hotel. - Room sizes are weird and/or false information is displayed about them on the page. We had two triple rooms, one was DEFINITELY smaller than the other. Both were NOT of equal sizes. - Lift is small.

Clean and tidy room and en suite. I cannot fault the hotel due to the low cost of the room (£48). I have stayed here twice and it has been pleasant both times. I don't understand the bad reviews, perhaps they were just unlucky or I have been lucky.
