Spotless, spacious modern interior, Nespresso coffee, machine, and bread and jam and coffee/ tea for the morning. Slept great, bed was firm but comfortable. Could use simple instructions for the oven/microwave combo unit for guests that were unfamiliar with all in one units. Tram is nearby.
Actual location is near the MIDI train station in Brussels, and is a rough area. Major construction in the area also makes it a bit difficult to find. Although the provided directions to gain entry are quite good, I arrived at dusk and needed my flashlight from my phone to access the keys locked in a mailbox. Be patient and keep the property manager’s phone number handy. He was available for assistance immediately when I called.

Good for stopover by train. Good cost benefit ratio. Very quiet despite because in backyard house. Would not expect when entering from the street. Pretty safe with two gates. Modern and very spacious apartment. Good staffed kitchen. Balcony. Single use. Close to alternative neighbourhood with some bars and coffee places and a very good bakery. Need a bit of good orientation and language skills to find the place.

The apartment is simply amazing, super big and well equiped. The location is also great if you want to be close to Brussels Midi, and it is walking distance to the center, never had to take bus/cab to visit around (although bus/metro station is really close as well). I would definitely choose the same place if I were to visit Brussels again. Also, the value for money is incredible.

New and very spacious flat close to the Gare du Midi. Good instructions on how to access the apartment block which the flat is part of. Clean with a lot of facilities for cooking etc. Included some items for a small breakfast.
Although not the fault of the accomodation there are currently a lot of works going on in the streets around making it a bit difficult to find. The Hotel Mercure - which is nearby on the same street - is a good orientation point due to its large illuminated sign!

There was a lovely lady Michelle who is managing the apartment on behalf of the owner. Besides, I appreciate the steady contact with the owner and his prompt responses. The owner contacted me prior to my arrival offering his assistance and asking for the details when I would be arriving and when I could collect the keys. It was very nice.
There was a slight glitch with collecting the keys because the previous client made a mistake. I know that this was not the fault of the apartment owner but I would work on the method of delivering the keys. Also it would be recommended to print and place the number of the apartment at the key. The breakfast could have been richer in variety of food products.

Very large , clean modern apartment, 5 minutes walk from Brussels Midi station. Comprehensive instructions provided to find the key and the apartment.
Would have appreciated a few written notes eg where to leave the key, what the 5 different rubbish bins are for, how to use TV etc. Breakfast was only a loaf of bread and jam left in the fridge.

Great localization (surrounded by a kind of slums and poverty, but on a map 5 mins to train station and 15 minutes to the old city center - where the best buildings are located). Freedom and independence. You can arrange your own breakfast whenever and whatever you want. Basic ingredients are present. You can always buy more milk, ham and cheese. Especially if you like to cook like I do. English speaking channels in TV (BBC, CNN, English version of Euronews), unlike in France. Probably here they had better TV subscription. Charming host lady Michele, with whom you can speak about some local topics and socialize a bit. Unlike a typical reception in a hotel, when you are receiving keys and bye, go to your room. Apartment was pretty large, and everything was only to your disposal. No need to share this space with nobody else!
Eating only jam on a breakfast is a bit exotic to me. I had to buy cheese at least, but that's a minor issue. If you are renting a night in apartment, then you have enough money to buy yourself a cheese. :) There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Only soap. I had mine however. The floor is made out of a plain concrete, so it's pretty cold. Cleaniness of the floor: 7/10. The offer of this room was mentioning something about 17 meters square room and shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. But in my case, I had everything only for myself (which is a big plus), and the mentioned 17 meters was only about the bedroom.

We liked the size and space of the room. Secure and very quiet complex. It was nice to have supplied on our arrival, tea, coffee, a fresh loaf of bread, milk and many other items which made for an enjoyable stay.
The construction being under taken in the street gave the surronding area a dirty and dusty feel, something that the owners have no control over.

This loft was simply amazing. I wish my home was like that ;) Everything was clean and in good shape. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was really quiet.
The only thing that could have been better, was breakfast. Only bread, butter and jam is a bit boring for several nights.

Upon arrival at Brussels Midi it took me only 5 minutes to walk to the apartment. Very well located for train travellers like myself. Great warm greeting and conversation from Michéle who met me at the property and sent me a text the next day after I checked out wishing me the best on my travels. The apartment is very modern with a nice rear balcony, and poured concrete floors that I loved. Open plan and airy.
Definitely more a whole apartment rental than a traditional BnB so be aware if you’re after something more traditional.
