We arrived late but the check-in instructions were so easy to follow that we were able to get into our room, very quickly. The room itself was beautiful and very large. The bed was comfortable and the electric fireplace made the whole room feel super cozy. Breakfast was amazing; there was a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese and cereal to the point where it felt like you were visiting a friend rather than eating at a hotel. Apostolou was a lovely host and could not do enough for us. Unfortunately, It is also important to mention that the location is very safe, which is becoming more and more important now as Brussels (overall) isn’t as safe as it used to be. Even still, we loved this location and this host very much!

An absolutely perfect stay. Starting from the location (quiet side street, perfect if you are visiting the xmas markets) and the information provided by the host (very precise and polite). The room was great, it had an electric fireplace and floor heating. The shower spacious. Lots of storage, a mini fridge, both a kettle and a coffee machine. Breakfast was very cozy, with an ample selection of fresh bakery items, jams and cheese. A pity we only stayed for one night! Good to know, there are only 3 rooms so the breakfast area does not get crowded. And be mindful of the very narrow stairs :)

Absolutely beautiful property, in a brilliant location walking distance to everything in Brussels and right next to the Christmas markets - the host was very friendly - and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready when we arrived. The room itself was stunning and so spacious to get ready, the fireplace heater is a lovely cosy touch, and the shower was sublime. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could hope for including fresh breads, cheeses, yoghurts and jams and a huge selection of teas and fruit. We had a wonderful stay - thank you so much!

Pleasant room with a comfortable bed. Good shower, tea & coffee making facilities. Good location 10 minutes from the Grand Place. Excellent buffet breakfast and a charming host.

The narrow lane in which the property is located doesn't feel great, though it was quiet at night. The second floor room is accessed via a very steep, narrow staircase which would be very difficult for some guests - and as far as we could see, would be the only exit route in an emergency.

Everything, host is a lovely man, breakfast was delicious, rooms were large and very comfortable. It’s quiet, cozy, and literally minutes walk away from grand place, and several other attractions, couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Brussels.

Stairs could be a pain if you pack your suitcase like you’re never going home. Literally nothing else, it’s wonderful.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent. From the day that we made the booking we had great contact with Mr. Apostolou the owner,he really made us feel like home. The location in perfect just few minutes next to the city buzz and one minute away from the metro station, also there are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area to visit. The apartment was super clean and exactly like the photos on booking.com, and there is also great Wi-Fi quality in the place. Last but not least is the breakfast time which is a really nice time to meet the owner and ask about recommendations. we will definitely come back in this brand. see you again

everything was amazing

Lovely room although note stairs up are very narrow. , nice shower. Comfy bed. We really liked the wall of Pukka teas and the umbrella to borrow if raining. In a good location especially for the tram. We didn't realise initially and got a taxi but the tram was super handy. Location was good to restaurants and the main square.

The narrow stairs could be difficult for some but where fine for us. There was a little noise outside but it was a Saturday night. We went to sleep anyway and it quietened fairly quickly.

The room was big and looked very neat and tidy. We could enter our appartement early in the day through a code which was convenient. We met our host the next morning during breakfast and he was truly the kindest! He made us a very nice breakfast for 2 with lots of options to choose from in terms of bread and spreads. Each morning he provided us with different fruits and pastries which was very nice. The B&B is only a few minutes away from a metro station and there are lots of restaurant options nearby.

Because the shower cabin was not closed off from the room it could get a bit humid after showering. Additionally, the windows could not be opened. You could hear quite a lot of noise from the street, but this was not a problem most of the time because cars do not drive through this street often. Only at night I was woken once by people talking loudly in the street.

It was perfectly located for the Christmas markets. A real hidden gem. The room was a great size as central city accommodation goes. The gentleman who served breakfast was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hospitable staff, easy check-in, location close to the center.

Compared to the other places in Belgium this room was more expensive and a bit less comfortable. I haven't found A/C in the room, and the noise from the street nearby is quite loud, so it is impossible to open windows.
