The location is excellent. I would like to say thank you to Ms. Elise because I requested cake for my husband's birthday even if it's her day off she still responds to all my messages. We stayed in room 152. I didn't expect the hotel to be excellent because of the reviews I have read online but it exceeded my expectation. Also the rooftop bar is perfect, their food is very worth the price with big portion of food and very tasty cocktails. The one who clean our room done a very good job. We requested a taxi at 4 am and the man at the reception gladly help us. Well done! Highly recommended.

There is no phone inside the room to call the reception. But there's a small refrigerator which is very good. So, no complain.

The hotel has a fantastic location. It is so close to the Grand Place and many of the activities in Brussels. We did not take breakfast at the hotel and just used nearby cafes. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We liked the lobby area where we could meet as a family. Also the elevators ran very efficiently to all the floors.

We missed not having a small kettle/coffee in the room or a concierge at the hotel. There were some problems with check-in. The electronic key to my room did not work and I had to return in person three times to the front desk to have them corrected. I told them I thought the problem was with the box on the door of my room and they finally sent someone to repair it. Also, I had requested early check-in for my son who had sprained his ankle the day before his arrival and needed to keep his leg elevated. They are very strict about the 3 pm check-in time and were not able to accommodate this request.

The location was very good. The free public parking was a great bonus. For going to the city center there was a bus stop just around the corner. The very friendly person at the front desk helped us to find the correct bus that brought us to the Amsterdam Central station. She also mentioned the option to go out of the bus some stops earlier and take the ferry over to Central Station which we did. Like this we had a great view and a fast trip to the City Center of Amsterdam. Close by is a park with dutch typical windmills.

Atmosphere is great, wonderful classical decor though recently renovated or very well maintained. Bed was ver comfortable, room is large, location is perfect, 10 min walk from central station, and 1 block from nice terraces/bars/restaurants. Breakfast was very good despite the low price. We did not take a drink at the roofbar but it looked very inviting.

Things that could improve but nevertheless I give a 10 because we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back (if the prices stays reasonable): due to doors in between the rooms we could follow even the neighbor’s conversations; a lot of email from the property (to speed up check in/check out etc) that did not make sense, even an email in French I did not do an effort to translate it. And at the breakfast there was a long discussion between all staff and a customer who wanted to take a croissant to the room, which is strictly forbidden (we could laugh about it though).

The best thing about this hotel is the location and that it is good value for money. You are just near the Grand Place. There are a lot of restaurants and small cafe's and bars all around. The hotel is very large but it is quiet. The breakfast (I booked a room without breakfast and paid for breakfast on the premises) is fine. There is a small grocery store just around the corner which is very convenient. The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had an excellent pressure. The room has aircondition which was great on a hot evening

The hotel only provides small sachets of shower gel/shampoo and a small soap so you do need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. The pillows are not very comfortable. You can hear water running from the drains of the rooms upstairs (it took me sometime to understand where the sound was coming from).

Being located in the heart of Brussels, give the opportunity to explore the city. Customer Service is top notch. Rooftop Bar - The Eight,it has cocktails with impressive presentation, snacks and food. The lobby is nice decorated with Tintin and Captain Haddock above the Entrance

- Parking is on the opposite building, a private one where the hotel has some spots and is not free of charge, 13€/24h. - The entrance in the parking lot is slightly narrow and the ceiling of the ramp going to upper levels (which belong to Bedford) is low. When I wanted to enter, I almost hit the top. I explained this at the Reception and the lobby staff came with me in the car and showed another entrance on another street directly to level 1. - Furniture is not new, the corners of chairs, table and stands are chopped. - Limescale on the bathroom faucet - No Mini Bar, if you have something that need to be refrigerated - room 684

Good location and good value for money. Breakfast was great, with a nice, spacious room for serving. Everything in the hotel looks very good, from the exterior and lobby, to the hallways, and the spacious room. I liked the rooftop bar, affordable prices and nice view. Also great that they had a tv and I could watch the ucl semi-final.

If you are going to give us 5ml samples of shampoo and shower gel, just say you don't have shampoo and shower gel and don't check that "free toiletries" box in the booking description. Or, even beter, provide those standard 30-35ml bottles.

Location is the USP of the property. It's just 6 min walk away from the grand palace the main center. 21 min walk from the central train station. And 18/19 mins walk from the Flix bus nord station. Property looks grand when you enter even the rooms are nice and clean as shown in pictures.

Inspire of paying so much money for our stay they didn't even have the in house tea/coffee in the rooms. No cattle was there(although u can get one if requested). The gym is of no use so I don't know what it's doing there.

First of all, location, 15 mins away from Midi station but only a couple of minutes walking to the mannekin piss and around 5 to the grand place, its incredibly central, its a very luxurious hotel too, a bit outdated but still luxurious, bed super comfy, we got new amenities every day, good recommendations by the staff too, its just amazing, one of the best if not the best value for the price in Brussels

Rooms are a bit outdated, the only lights are kinda small lamps that have to be turned on individually so its kinda dark in the night and the tv is outdated too, only has a few channels available, but just that, its not really a complain, the whole stay was just excellent
