I really loved the room because it was so cozy and small and I loved how each room had a private bathroom. Also it was super clean and the room had the view of the night street so even if it was late at night and I couldn't open the light, I could still see. The reception was really helpful and I loved how it was open 24/7 because I had to check out really early. Overall it was an amazing experience and I wish every hostel I went to was like this.
Under the bed there is like metal?? And when I accidentally hit my leg on it it made a reaaally loud sound and I was so scared of disturbing my roomates

Location was walking distance to mainly turistic attractions in Brussels. Close to midi train station too. Good cost/benefit. Bedsheets and renewed bathroom were always clean. Comfortable bed and helpful staff.
Old building, with no elevator and realy steep staircase. My room was on the last floor, and it was not pleasant to go up/down with a heavy bag. Each bed has a power outlet, but no reading light. Bathroom is super small and a little bit dark. Bunkbeds were super close to each other. Not possible to sit in the bed, without knocking the head on the uper bed. Lots of restaurants around, but mostly frequented only by men, with not friendly staff. Neighboorhood super noisy and not safe during the night, specially if you are woman traveling alone.

The location was excellent. Not far from the Brussels centre. And as we travelled the next morning to Charleroi Airport with Flibco bus and just walked to the bus stop. Our rooms had separate bathrooms, so we felt there like in a hotel, not a hostel. When we arrived in Brussels, we left our luggage at the hostel for free and went sightseeing. A perfect choice for a group with limited budget.
Not all the rooms had towels included and you needed to pay for them. But the price for it was good, so it wasn't a big problem.

The staff were brilliant. The chap on the front desk even ordered us some football tickets. Location was good, 10 min walk to main pubs and restaurants.
My mattress was very lumpy. Top floor room, too many stairs for a big lad.

The location is quite close to the city center, various shops, and within easy reach of the subway station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room and the rest room are comfortable and clean. Close to the main road but not too noisy.
The stairs to the room are quite narrow so one must be careful. There is no elevator even though I got a room on the 4th floor. The walls of the room are quite thin so the sound from other rooms can be heard. The room was a bit humid.

I liked the foyer/cafe area felt comfortable there to sit a while and use the wifi with background music and people coming and going. The room was clean, I struggled a bit to get my heavy suitcase up two narrow flights of stairs but managed! My bunk was a little wobbly and squeaky when either of us moved but comfortable enough, linens very clean, good bathroom (private for the room) with a decent shower.

The room was clean enough and the beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, granting easy and fast access to most of the city's hot spots. There is a metro station less than 5 minutes away which helped us travel fast around the city. In the same area there is also a restaurant called BARBQ with affordable prices and tasty food where we tried the famous Brussel mussels.
The room was a bit small and the walls are thin, so it can get noisy from either other guests or outside, especially during the weekend. The gentleman at the reception was nice and helpful, but we got some uncomfortable looks in the hallway from a gentleman in charge of cleaning. It was the only uncomfortable moment, everything else went smoothly.

There were some unnerving reviews on google and so I was a bit apprehensive before my stay here. But I really enjoyed my stay, there are good sized lockers under the beds, a good bathroom in the room, the bed was comfortable and had charging points, my dorm mates were good. The staff were welcoming and helpful and I was able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. I felt safe and had a good nights sleep. Nice walk into central Brussels and was perfect for my stay.
Didn't bother me but the stairs to the room are quite steep so if you have any mobility issues that may be a consideration.

- very strong Wifi, always satisfied with the internet power - close to the subway station - In addition to check-in or check-out hours, there was always a staff member in the lobby, so I could leave my luggage or make some inquiries. They were always kind!
- bathroom smelled like cigarettes - balcony was not cleaned, so there were cigarette butts and trash
