The view from the room was great.. beds were comfy.. staff were friendly..

Would have been great if they had a kettle and some tea coffee in the room so u don't have to keep going down to the lobby.. I think parking should be cheaper for hotel guests - $45/night is way too high..

The view of the falls and the room was clean, very comfortable, and I liked the layout of the room.

The parking was a little scary and needs to be transparent of the charges when booking your room. TV could be bigger with music channels.

Above all, I loved the incredible view of both Falls from our floor to ceiling windows. Being mobility challenged I loved the convenience of the handicapped parking. I appreciated the luggage trolleys (unbelievably they are not always available). The safety railing in the bath is SO important.. thank you. We needed clean sheets during our 3 day stay , as well as towels and they were immediately provided. We found the fridge really useful and the furniture suited our needs perfectly. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. and the sauna is a great addition.

There was no coffee or tea in the room it was provided downstairs in the lobby.

The view, Charlie the concierge was excellent as was Oddy when we checked in. beds were comfortable.

The room lacked cleanliness. Found a white pill (possible Tylenol) and white powder on floor when pulling drapes back. Moved chair to sit at window and there were dust bunnies, cobwebs and some kind of crumbs on the floor behind chair. The TV in the sitting area had not been cleaned behind in a long time as thickness of dust was noticeable from across the room. Also, I used the spa tub and when I got out there was considerable debris left on the bottom of tub (picture added). I refused to make use of the tub for rest of our stay.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room on the 18th floor overlooking the falls. The view alone was stunning. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was easy to operate. Really, the happiness is almost entirely about the view though. We sat at the window and watched while drinking local ice wine.

My only real gripe is that the listing didn't include the price for parking. Given the location I understand the expense, but $50 for a parking spot caught me off guard at the moment. For listings that show on site parking available, I would appreciate if the listing included the price of parking so we could budget that in advance. Beyond that, there were a few things that reminded us the price we paid for the room. There were no bath robes to wear after spending time in the jacuzzi. The shampoo and conditioner were very low quality. These are minor points and were actually in line with what I expect at this price. Just minor nit picks.

Our agent gave us a room on the top floor. He was amazing. We went back to this hotel as was our Honeymoon place years ago. We wanted to go again before it gets torn down. We had paid for the Fallsview and that was just amazing, beautiful and we were in awe. The lights on the falls, Festival of Lights we could see as well as the fireworks were all awesome! The ceiling was high and the temperature in the room was great. Beds are soooo comfortable.

We had to pay 60.00 for parking at the hotel. That is ridiculous. We wished there was a coffee pot in the room. We had to go downstairs to get it in the lobby.

The best view of the Horseshoe Falls of all Hotels. Summer at the front desk was totally Awesome as She upgraded a second floor view of the City to Suite #729. Applebee's is right on site with amazing gourmet meals. The twin Queen beauty rest beds are so comfortable.

My car broke down out front and CAA replaced the old factory battery with a Top of the line one. The Oakes overlooking the Falls Hotel staff were very understanding of my plight. The very warm Pool, Hot whirlpool tub and Sauna were pristine without chlorine scent. Free coffee 24/7 only from the Lobby which enables meeting fellow guests.

Could have easily been 10 out of 10 if there are options for breakfast on site and daily housekeeping/cleaning. Views are spectacular, breathtaking and worth the stay for that reason alone. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Our car park got extended for a few hours on our last day so that we can explore more after check out too. We were lucky to have stayed in an upgraded suite overlooking the fall on the 15th floor. We watched the fireworks at night from our window and made our trip more memorable. Location was spot on, just across the road from the incline rail to the main visitor centre in front of the Horseshoe fall. We bought the Niagara pass which includes the pass for incline railway so that we can take multiple trips. We can't find any stairs nearby to go down. Location was perfect and there are restaurants nearby. We had our breakfast in nearby Casino hotel's at the Lucky restaurant. French toast a well as Omelette are really good. We were in awe of the Niagara falls and also made it to the US side to complete the sightseeing. We loved every minute of our stay. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to go back.

The only downside is we have no breakfast/lunch/ meal on-site option and the Applebee nearby was closed one day. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Coming from Europe, we also like our room cleaned and tidied everyday which was not offered during our stay. We could still request clean towels and linens which we appreciated. Car park is not free, $50 per day but we think it was worth it as there are not a lot of parkings elsewhere. It is safe and we even left our luggages inside after checkout to explore a few more hours. Having said that, we would stay there again just because of the views and location plus staff.

The room was very spacious and the view was amazing, we had a room on the 7th floor overlooking the falls. A choice of 2 beds as it was a twin queen room, would have perfered the bedding to have been a duvet inside the cover, not a top sheet that we got tangled in. The bath/shower was pod-like but perfectly adicate. Location was perfect, right near loads of different restaurants and the falls train down to the observation areas, this cost about £10 for the 2 of us for a day rider. Every night at 10pm there is a short firework display over lit Falls In all, was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights

The only complaint is, the trees got in the way of a complete view of the falls from our room, nature huh!😂 And the vending machines that should be on every even numbered floor, only reception and floor 6 were working

Check in experience was absolutely terrible, we waited for over an hour to be checked in. Surely there is a quicker way to do this( I have worked in the industry and stayed at countless hotels) I have never in my life had to wait this long for a check in ( I do not blame the staff , but the procedure) . Also we paid for two Queen size bed and got a room with two normal size double bed . It was ok but it should not be advertised as a Queen size if it’s not one .( maybe the Canadian Queen size is different )
