Outstanding views, great spa bath and helpful staff. The falls view room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the horseshoe falls and the jacuzzi style bath had shutters - when open you could see the falls from the bath.

Only area for improvement is tea and coffee facilities. I would expect a little bit better than paper cups, one teabag and a coffee maker that didn’t really work very well. The staff were great however and got me a kettle and provided more teabags so it hasn’t affected my scores.

Amazing location and fabulous view of the falls from our room. Got upgraded to a higher floor as it was a special visit. There are Lots of restaurants and bars close by and easy Walking distance to the falls and into the busy part of town if you want to go to there. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Don’t realise from the details that using the spa pools incurred additional cost. Also wants clear on check in about the amenity charges which we didn’t ask for or use and had to ask for these to be deducted from our bill.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and of course is in a great location to see the falls.

Booked a room for a family of 4 but the room was set up for 2. We had 2 water bottles, 2 cups etc… Better lighting in the room would be helpful. Good breakfast options but often Luke warm. We were super excited to have booked a falls view, hard to be disappointed with that view, we really splashed out on this room to find floor 6 has a LIMITED view over the trees. Excitement turned to ambivalence.

Parking. $45 for self parking and I top of it they added tax. Never have paid tax on parking in the world. They are way cheaper alternatives close to they. For the price of the room parking should be included

Liked the upgrade of our room from river to fallsview. That was a really nice surprise.

The parking wasn't arranged up front and included in the total price. Also didn't like that the charges on the receipt didn't match the charges to my credit card. I paid more on my credit card and I don't know why. The invoice is very confusing. Too many charges and each is charged HST and then maybe even again on the total. I now will have to call next week to figure this out. Also the fact that there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other.

We had a superior king room and it was the best view of the falls. Our room window was directly across from the falls. Even the whirlpool tub had windows that opened up to the view of the falls. It was big and spacious. A couch was provided right in front of the window so we could sit and watch the falls and lights. Everything, and I mean everything was within walking distance. You did not need any other mode of transportation to access the whole area.

The only thing I was highly disappointed with was that the free Wi-Fi was only for one day. After that they charged $15.95 a day to access it. For the amount you pay for the room it was a big letdown. When you are traveling outside the country you rely on Wi-Fi to access your email and maps.

Staying on the high floors was an absolute dream! The view of the waterfalls was mesmerizing – I seriously contemplated skipping sleep just to soak it all in. And don't even get me started on the sunrise view; it was pure magic! Waking up to that scenery felt like stepping into heaven.

The view from the rooms was outstanding and I loved having the spa bath. The breakfast was good. Omelettes were OK, could have had a better selection of cold meats, smoked salmon etc. for the price for the rooms we booked I would have expected breakfast to be included and maybe a separate breakfast area for the superior rooms? The service from our staff was very good.

As above, the breakfast was quite pedestrian. We had a spa bath in our room but no bubble bath. I had booked two rooms and the guy checking us in told me I only had one room and it took a lot of stress before we finally found the second room and they were 5 floors apart even though I had asked for them to be close together.

The view of the falls was absolutely amazing from our room, it was like an immersive experience and the spa bath was great too.

I informed the hotel months in advance that we were staying in the hotel as part of our honeymoon and I was informed that they would do their best to make it extra special. When we arrived I was disappointed that there wasn’t any recognition of our honeymoon at check-in or in our room, I went down to the front desk to let them know in case it was an oversight but the person I spoke to was dismissive and said they knew nothing about it. It definitely left a little bit of a dampener but we didn’t let it ruin our stay and just spent more time out and about instead of at the hotel. I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary but even a card or fruit basket would have been something.

It's my first time to visit Niagara but I am confident to say that this hotel has the best view of the Niagara falls. I had a clear and unobstructed view of the Canadian horseshoe falls and the American falls, both day and night. Few steps away from the incline railway that brings you right to the best spot for viewing the falls.

I smell the previous guest from the bathroom and it's disgusting to find hair strands on the whirlpool. The whirlpool was one of the reasons I booked this room but never attempted to use it. Found scattered nuts all over the floor :-( I did not find any slippers and I had to pay CAD 6.5 to use a wine glass :-(
