I had the most wonderful interaction with AJ at the front desk upon my arrival. He acknowledged my note that my husband and I were in the city for my husband's birthday, and he organized a dessert to be sent up to the room once my husband arrived later that night. It was incredibly kind and appreciated and gave us a little moment we would never forget, and would likely bring us back to this hotel again for the lovely service. Thank you AJ!

Everything was great, but upon using the fitness room I noticed that every piece of equipment had a water bottle and towel on it. While I definitely appreciate the convenience of this effort, it does seem a touch wasteful and I might suggest that the towels and waterbottles are all kept together in the room for guests to grab as needed.

The hotel was great and in the perfect location. A few minutes walk and you are in the hub of everything you need. The room was large with two queen beds and a city view. We will stay there again. Highly recommend it.

The only complaint is that I wished the windows were soundproofed because you can hear the noise from the street particularly, in the evening when you want peace and quiet. The restaurant menu was good but could be improved greatly.

location, relatively quiet considering the festival’s going on in the neighborhood. very clean, staff are excellent.

No pool, no lunch & only light dinner available. They don’t provide minimum toiletries, no mouthwash etc.

When I arrived with my husband that has Huntington's Disease which its very hard for him. I had a problem with my booking & we had an 8:00 a.m. appointment at Mt. Sanai Hospital very important we couldn't miss. I was very stressed but reception were so good & very kind to us & we solved it. They went above & beyond. We got our room & I can't thank you enough. I will always book our stay with you, if we have to be in the city another time. THANK YOU🙂from room 221.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean & I was so impressed & it's important to me. I saw that our house cleaning was by Carla please pass on our appreciation for us because I know it's a hard job. Thank you!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and larger than expected. I'm not a fan of valet parking but it was very well executed. Expensive room for no breakfast included but for downtown Toronto location, it was still a better value than comparable hotels.

Bathroom ceiling was peeling which didn't impact stay but detracted from an otherwise beautiful room. Room was missing a towel set which isn't unusual but when we asked a cleaning person who happened to be in the hallway (with a cart full of towels), she informed us she was not authorized to provided extra towels and we needed to go to the front desk. Management should empower all staff to resolve minor issues and not further inconvenience customer.

the location is pretty good as it is very close to the subway and some street car stations, the room is clean and spacious, staffs are nice and very helpful at times

perhaps the layout with separate bathroom and sink is a little awkward at times as you need to travel a bit, but honestly not that big of a deal

We were asked to upgrade to a "city view" and then our room was on the 2nd floor? That was weird.

Well located for visitors. Our suite was quiet and spacious for a city hotel. Lots of quiet public arears. Although we didnt use it there was a bistro on the ground floor by reception that was well used. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable.

Location was very central, 1 block away from a subway and many restaurants which are open late or 24 hours. I had the King room. There was a small window that could open which is a bonus since that's uncommon for hotels in Toronto. Came with a mini fridge and I was able to request a microwave to be sent to my room which was incredible. Bed was large and comfortable.

The sink was in the living room, not in the bathroom which was unusual but not a deal breaker. Hotel security kept questioning how I got in after hours every night. I understand the job but if I already had a key to get in the doors after hours I didn't really like being questioned at the elevator.
