We appreciated that the property offered indoor parking, a pool, spa & sauna.

There were kids at the pool, in and out of the spa, until it closed at 10pm. I understand that the amenities cannot stay open 24/7, but it would have been nice to enjoy the spa quietly, with no kids screaming and yelling from 10:00 to 11:00 or midnight. The guy that was working at the pool was rude and eager to leave. There were kids in the spa when we returned the next morning also, even though rule #2 states that children 14 and under were not to go in the spa.

The front desk people are exceptional. They always welcome my child with smiles and gifts. But most of all they provide a quick and efficient service.

It's minor, but I'd love access to a vending machine on select floors. Sometimes you want a cold drink of water and don't want to go out or ask the front desk.

Beds were comfortable, and rooms are large. Most come with a private patio. Walls are thick too, we never heard anyone else on a sold out weekend. We travelled for a bachelor party and obviously had some late nights, not being too loud but laughing over music, and we never got a single complaint.

Standard hotel issues like some of the appliances and drains not working properly. Also kind of weird that there's no lights in the ceiling, just lamps. It's not a super fancy hotel so we didn't expect much more than we got. Good value for what we paid though.

Management was nice. We were having issue with room’s air conditioner because it was making very loud noises and it was hard to sleep so night manager offered us to change our room and offer us complimentary breakfast. We ended up staying in same room because other room was very small. We wasted couple of hours to find a better room but unfortunately we ended up with same room. Food was good. Restaurant staff was nice. Pool area and gym was cleaned and good. Both managers Ms. Lin and Mr. Mathew were nice and helpful. One of the receptionist was rude who was helping us to change our room. The other Receptionist who helped us with checked out was very helpful, nice professional and understanding. I appreciate their help. Thanks

Room air conditioner was very noisy and balcony was not cleaned, were so many bugs and no outside chairs were provided ( as shown in hotel’s website).

I love staying at this hotel. I love the amenities, the proximity to shopping and shows. It’s my new home away from home. But what stands out to me the most is their constant attention to customer service and satisfaction, their attention to detail. They have a fantastic staff from the reception to the maid service not to mention that their concierge goes out of her way to welcome us with thoughtful gestures like chocolate, robes and slippers , a treat for the puppy and so much more (thank you Marie Pier).If I were to sum it up in one word it would be “hospitality “ and this hotel has it all!

The staff made us feel so welcome from the gift bag for my puppy to the concierge asking me if I would like wine glasses because she saw me arrive with a bottle of wine . To front desk who supplied cutlery and napkins and plates for our delivery . Everything was so pleasant. We had a beautiful meal st the Bistro and our waitress went out of her way to help us with a problem we had with our car key. Honestly it was a fantastic idea and I am looking forward to my next stay in January. Cudos to all the staff and thanks for making us feel so welcome 🤗

Thought we should have the buffet for breakfast. On Saturday, my daughter and I went down to eat our diner, but we found that the restaurant was closed because there was no server, and we were not told that before only untilwe came downto eat.. It was around 8:30 as we were told the restaurant usually closes at 10 pm. I had to think about what we could order. Also the pool was very cold 🥶 and this was not good as it rained all the weekend

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had numerous areas to eat, work and socialize. I didn’t know anything about the city and didn’t plan our activities, so I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was so convenient to so many places of interest. It is near McGill/ Fine Arts Museum area, Place D’Arts, St. Catherine Street, Eaton Center with Time Out Market, many nice restaurants, and it was a one block walk to the Grey Line sightseeing tour stop. Highly recommend.

Location is very central, within walking distance of the Montreal Museum of Fine Art, for example. We enjoyed the swimming pool and saunas, .The room was very spacious, with two Queen beds and lots of living space. The fridge was very quiet, unlike many hotel fridges.

The water in the hot tub was just lukewarm. The carpet in our room was old and had a big wrinkle in the middle. The pillows were too thick, so they lifted my head too high when sleeping.

I like attitude of staff. Everyone was so friendly. You feel yourself comfortable while talking to them. On reception, in restaurant, in room dining, in fitness center… everywhere people are welcoming you in that way when you feel yourself someone special. My kids loves your hotel. Big thanks to Kamila from reception. She is very kind and polite with customers.

Wouldn’t mind to have more options for breakfast.
