Good size room. Great size and Comfortable bed. The doorman was very helpful, he helped us with heavy luggage’s.

Pricy breakfast, doesn’t taste that great and certainly isn’t worth the money. Better choices on the same street like Xiaoyang Sheng Jian and Zheng Xing Tang.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were really friendly! Especially the cleaner on level 4 who was super helpful to us :)

We weren’t able to get our preferred bed setup for our room as requested on Booking.com so had to upgrade to another room type, but it worked out pretty well in the end anyway

Nice heritage building in a great location close to the Bund. The building is the real deal- 1930s art deco. The rooms are of course completely refurbished but comfortable and spacious. They’re well-equipped too: Japanese toilet, coffee maker, kettle, etc. I will stay here again on a future visit.

There are steps at the entrance of the hotel and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. We rented a suite room, it looks like there is a bund view in the pictures, but the room they gave us was facing the side street. They have only 1 suite overlooking the Bund. Others look down the side streets.

Staff was very accomodating. The suite was large with a very large outdoor terrace that had a fantastic Bund view. My suggestions for the suite it to have some kind of rug in the sitting room, it is also a bit dark because there were limited outlets to plug a lamp into. On the terrace, there could be additional seating, as it is very large. The hotel is historic and the renovation has been done nicely to maintain the heritage architecture. Location is wonderful for the Bund. Only slight issue is that the elevator to the upper floors is slow and there is only one. The shower had amazing pressure! I would definetly recommend to others and will likley stay again in the near future.

Location is great if you want to stay at the Bund. The hotel has a more traditional style, not modern, but facilities are good. - comfortable bed, good shower.

You can't adjust the temperature in the rooms, since air conditioner is central. It was way too hot for me.

Hotel has history, not the new one. Location, facility itself is awesome. Staffs are super nice.

I didn’t like the fact that 4 of us can’t stay in one room, no such family room, we had to split into 2 rooms.
