The location near the old town and the modern design. The one staff member at reception who was very helpful.

My standard room was on the small side. The standard of service provided by the staff is not great across the board.

location was amazing having our room ready early was a big bonus!

spouses allergies were an issue inside the room. draperies and area rugs may need cleaning some front desk staff were not as friendly or knowledgeable as others.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Even though we were late risers, housekeeping made up the room almost instantly after we went out. The location was perfect for visiting Christmas markets, the goal of our visit. The staff was discreet but instantly available. The library with a fireplace, coffee and pastries was the perfect place to warm up and unwind after a chilly day out.

The glass toilet area allowed no privacy, which was uncomfortable even for a married couple. But we laughed it off. The bath/shower facilities were excellent. The pastries in the library could have been stocked a bit more frequently, but that is being greedy--having the library was a wonderful touch.

The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the food in the restaurant including breakfast, evening meal and room service was really good. Great location too. And even a welcome drink on arrival.

The only small oddity for us (and this may not bother everybody) was that the bathroom in the room was see through glass albeit tinted. It didn’t leave much to the imagination!

Small luxury hotel with excellent location, almost all sights of Prague Old town within walkable distance. Stayed in a superior room. Room was spacious and with all facilities as advertised. Highlight was the free walking tour on Wednesday & Saturday. As we were there on a Wednesday took the tour was excellent to give an overview of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay. Would recommend to go as a family or couple.

Breakfast was reasonable. Not many hot options if staying longer. Excellent food quality, again options limited.

BoHo Prague is a phenomenal place to stay in Prague, a perfect central location, quiet rooms, incredible underground heated pool and steam / sauna areas. Breakfast was sensational and worth every cent! Staff were incredible and within a day they felt like family. We were a family of three, our 4 year old slept on the pull out sofa comfortably also. This hotel gets 6/5 stars! a great place to stay at the end of the trip to rejuvenate before flying home. If I had to make any suggestions - more hooks in the bathroom for towels / robes to dry? Fruit options amongst the all day library snacks? Book early to avoid missing out on this wonderful hotel !!

The room was really comfortable and had a really nice vibe about it, we felt really relaxed there. The shower was amazing, with great toiletries and lovely bathrobes. The bed was really comfortable, we slept really well. Made-to-order breakfast was great and really tasty. The staff were reallly helpful and friendly.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good. We once had a nightcap, but the bar did not offer many options. It would have been great if the gym/spa had been open earlier in the morning

BoHo is well located, close to Old Town Square and the main railway station. It is beautifully but simply decorated, with every consideration being given to a guest's comfort. It has an air of understated luxury about it. I appreciated the little touches, such as a free 3 hour walking tour (on Saturdays), complimentary refreshments in the library during the day and in the lounge during the evening, biscuits in my room, a picture book on departure.. The staff provided excellent service. I especially liked the check in procedure being done in the lounge, over a welcome drink, with suggestions on where to go (with the aid of a paper map) and an offer to arrange concert tickets, etc. The best hotel stay I have ever had!

While the property was absolutely amazing, the staff was even more so. Bara (Barbara) in the lobby bar was such a great hostess. I felt like having a drink in the bar was like a 5 star concierge service as well. She really made our stay. introduced us to a couple travelers down the bar and was great with suggestions of places to see. She’s also a great bartender. She asked my partner what her favorite flavors were and crafted a cocktail on the spot that was great! We really enjoyed the entire hotel. The front desk staff was fantastic too. And, during breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to be of help. This was by far my best stay in Prague over the years. And, I travel a lot. Thank you for such a great property and, more importantly, an amazing, fun, and helpful staff.
