The location is great - only 5 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. Reception staff and breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. The breakfast room was staffed so well and the staff were extremely efficient in clearing and setting tables. They also checked food levels - one of the best run breakfast rooms we have encountered. Our room was a good size. Hotel is extremely clean. Next time we are in Prague would definitely stay here.

There was nothing we did not like.

I stayed in a single room and my expectations were exceeded. The room was much bigger than I expected and the bed was a queen size. I also had a separate bathroom that included a bath tub. Breakfast was lovely, especially the crepes. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I would of preferred the duvet to of been a bigger size.

Very good location! Nice room with big bed. Fridge in the room. Very clean room and bathroom. Cleaning service every day. Very friendly receptionists. VERY good breakfast!! Also the opportunity to have breakfast in the little garden. Next to the reception, you can take everything you want and take it to your room: plates, cups, cutlery, icecubes, sugar… all for free. There is a restaurant and shisha lounge downstairs (reservation obligatory). There’s also a beer spa and wellness in the building.

We had a room on the top floor (4th floor) all the way in the back. Therefore, we didn’t receive the wifi signal. Also, we had to walk 2 minutes (plus extra stairs) after stepping out of the elevator because our room was so far in the building. It isn’t reachable if you have trouble walking. The airconditioning didn’t walk properly. We could only ‘lower’ the temperature until 21-22°.

Everything. The room was perfect and cozy for me and my boyfriend and it had everything we needed. The location is great. Everything was in walking distance and we also used the lime steps. The bed was amazing (great pillows) and everything was clean. We also used the wellness in the hotel which has a 50% discount for hotel guests. We chose the private saunarium which has a jacuzzi, sauna, steambath and included prosecco. we really recommend doing this when you’re here! the girl behind the desk was really kind and she helped us with everything. overall would 100% recommend this hotel to others.

The only thing I can come up with is the shower in our bathroom. It kept changing from really hot to really cold which was a bit annoying.

The room was very clean, good breakfast, good location.

We were given a room with a single double bed, even though we explicitly asked for two single beds. After both me and my friend (separately because we arrived at different times) insisted of getting a room with two singles, we finally got one, and it seemed like a small upgrade compared to the standard two-singles room of our other friends. We really shouldn't have gone through so much bargaining for this. The receptionist doing the check-in was outrageously slow, 15-20'. This was independent from the room change. I didn't find the bed very comfortable.

Absolutely loved the stay. Everything was very nice and lovely. The Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and understanding. The housekeeping service was amazing. Breakfast was nice as well. Location is the best if you're staying in Prague. Very close to all major attractions and very near to bus stops or train stations. I would highly highly recommended staying at the hotel. Thanks for the great experience. Special shoutout to the gentlemen at the reception (sorry should have asked the name) who was very nice and helpful with our questions every single time.

Was centrally located. Easy walking distance for many sites. Had a good breakfast included with lots of variety which changed daily.

There is an elevator but if you are on one of the wings of the hotel you have to go down steps and then go up steps to get to your room. It appears these are the rooms with twin beds.

I thought the hotel provided great value for the price we paid. The location was great - close to multiple tram stops and within 5-10 minutes walking from Palladium, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. The breakfast was good as well and we enjoyed the unlimited use of the nice coffee machines. The staff was friendly and provided us a space heater when we reported that our room was a little bit chilly. The bathroom in our room was nice and seemed to have been updated in recent years. The wifi speed was adequate for working from the room.

The room and furnishings are a bit dated, and the walk to our room from the elevator was a long, long way including some stairs that we had to drag our large bags up. Not a huge deal but worth noting for guests who have more trouble lifting their bags, etc...

We stayed for 3 nights. The place is well maintained despite being in a historical building. The location is excellent, the staff was nice and we managed to get a parking spot even though the parking spaces are very limited (5-6 cars max). The breakfast was good, typical for this hotel class, and offered some diversity from one day to the next.

There are no reservations for parking spots, which was a reason for concern. After seeing the size of the parking lot, i understand why. You should make backup arrangements in case you arrive by car. As other people have mentioned, the AC makes a noise. It might bother you or it might not. They are quality units (Daikin), and keep the room cold, but probably over their service lifetime. The solution was to turn the AC off during the night.
