The location is excellent, the room we stayed in, 33, was large and well stocked with the essentials including a mini-fridge. When our towels got soaked, we approached the woman that cleaned the room and she immediately brought more as well as more coffee. A major bonus was the first floor bar and restaurant serving authentic Czech homemade style dishes. I'm embarrassed to say that I enjoyed the beer so much that I forget my backpack filled with valuables there and only realized that long after the bar closed. I returned the following morning and was relieved that they had safely stored the backpack.

The lack of an elevator made it challenging to carry up my girlfriend's 45 pound suitcase. If you reserve here, pack lightly.

the location is great. the building and its atmosphere in relation to the price always determine my choice. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel.

this time the room was simpler and the quality of cleaning left much to be desired. the chairs of a beautiful milky color had Traces of use, the curtains needed additional fastening, and there were traces of spilled coffee on the base of the bed. but regardless of the category of the room, at 9.00 (check out at 10.00) they will definitely knock on your door, and at 9.45 a cleaner will already be standing outside the door. for the last time, at the most delicate moment of morning hygiene, a worker came to fix the electronic lock in the front door. even a bottle of wine is not such a nice compliment for such concern.

Perfectly situated at the end of the Charles Bridge. Surrounded by places to eat and drink, as well as little mini markets, galleries, etc. A gem! We struggled to figure out how to get into the room, but there was help immediately on the WhatsApp. Thank you! We loved not having to carry keys around with us.

It was only available for 3x days.... we would've booked more days, but clearly, it is a highly sought-after place, meaning BOOK NOW if you want to stay. 😁 There is no air con! Just a fan, which was faulty, but we reported it and had a response to say it would be replaced the next day.

Spotless room, lovely building, excellent location, in a busy area and above a bar (very convenient and great beer!) and luckily everything goes quiet past 10pm for the local residents so no sleepless nights. The woman on the phone was very helpful when we couldn’t find the front door on arrival. Nice touch of the bottle of wine and water for us on arrival too!

There was no iron available for our clothes, and the address took us to the wrong place on Google Maps a few streets away… we got very lost and had to call up and ask for directions. I would recomend the hotel change this on Google Maps for future visitors.

The location is perfect.Room is wide.Bed is very comfortable.All materials you need are very new in the bathroom and in the room.Appearance of the building is old but it is very fantastic and attractive .At the bottom there is a traditional Checzcia restaurant you can order your drinks and meal.Entering your room and entering the hotel is very safety with the security number.The location of the hotlel is very good.You can easily reach public transports and you can easily walk castle or to the historical places.Thank you for the complimentaries in mini bar.

The location is exceptional, and the property is spacious and well-designed. The ambiance was very cozy, and it felt welcoming every time we returned to the hotel at night. One of the best stays of our Europe trip. A great value for money too.

The bathroom door lock was not functioning; it wouldn't secure properly. The hotel entrance had a bar that was always busy, making it feel like navigating through a crowd whenever you entered. It could also get noisy for some guests; however, we slept just fine.

This place is great. Right off the Charles Bridge, but hidden enough that you're not going to be running into the hoards of tourists. I've always been "wishy-washy" towards Prague just because how touristy it has become. The fact that this is right there in the center but quiet enough where you feel like you're hidden is amazing. And one of Prague's best restaurants right there in your doorway!

Really nothing bad to say about this place. I think the only "bad" thing is that we wanted to extend it but in order to do so we had to rebook it. This causes your unique door code to change. Really not a problem whatsoever, but figured I should mention.

Very nice period building in the centre. Didn’t mind being right above the pub, it was peaceful! Lovely area to be in.

Property was fine, but we are older and would like to choose to be at lower level as the stairs were a bit of an issue…. Also this day and age there should have been a better AC system for the room, than just a fan… in this heat… was cooler outside, it was 4 star stay(!), seriously, it had gaps….. didn’t get toilet paper refilled or coffee and sugar etc…. If we left late it didn’t get cleaned….

The location is excellent, the hotel is downstairs from the Charles Bridge, which is included in the name of the hotel. Perfect for walking around the old town of Prague. Also the bathroom was newly decorated and clean.

The soundproofing was a little poor and you could hear other residents passing in the corridor or opening and closing doors. However, there were complimentary earplugs and there were not many residents so it didn't have much of an impact.

Stunning views from the apartments and their location. The price is very attractive considering the location and prices of competitors in the area. The telephone operator turned out to be very polite and patiently helped resolve any issues that arose with the login code. Considering my far from perfect English. I would like to thank the cleaning lady(or man) for her/his responsible approach to work. I will gladly try to visit Prague again and, if possible, this hotel. And I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the apartments themselves. I only took the view from the window, apartment #15.

There were three of us planned and there was information about this, but there were 2 pairs of slippers. I had to enter the code many times to open the front door, although it was 100% correct.
