Small cozy hotel at a top place. Noisy, for sure, but the standard windows were very good at reducing the noise :) The AC was working as expected (in contrary to many other hotels). Breakfast was OK - many choices and some slight variations from day to day. Beds and beddings were superb :)

The bathroom was tiny: you have to predict your behavior and not to make any sudden moves. The room cleaning was spotty, some places of the room, including the bathroom were not cleaned in 7 days of our stay :( The breakfast room has only 6 tables, thus on some days there were ques waiting for the table. No electric outlets close to the beds.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to all the must see sights but just far enough back to be quiet. Great continental breakfast. Free coffee from afternoon to late evening.

A little too warm for us but it was possible to open the window.

Very happy with Breakfast. I loved the various cheese,s available. Loved the breads

I would have liked if there was a place to sit at night. Some couches Armchairs to sit and talk perhaps have a drink. I come from Ireland and most Hotels be they small or large have an area where their guests sit , have a tea coffee and chat to friends who are also on holiday with you. When we came back to hotel ( there was 6 of us in total) everybody had to their own room. I am only telling u this now, we actually used the breakfast room most nights when we returned. We had a tea or coffee from machine. I didnt feel comfortable doing this as I felt the room was set for breakfast for the morning.

The hotel was wonderfully located. It was very central to everywhere you want to go. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were plentiful and had lots of choices for every day (except no decaf coffee.)

As mentioned above, I would have liked some decaf coffee as an option. At the end of my stay I did experience some tummy issues right after eating but there is no way to say it came from the food at the hotel. Also, the last two mornings, omelets were not offered, which was disappointing. The room was small, but as a single it was not unexpected. I was very comfortable. I would have like to have another towel. I never had cleaning service provided (my choice) so I had to request toilet paper on a regular basis but it was not a problem.

You can’t beat the location. I stayed for couple nights with my mum and everything was perfect. Main touristic locations are all walkable (Prague castle, Old town square, Wenceslas square). Hotel rooms offer view of Charles bridge and some rooms even offer view of “Čertovka” (Moldau river). Charles bridge is literally in front of the hotel, also popular location called Kampa. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All suggestions where to eat and drink were spot on. We even borrowed umbrellas on rainy days :) Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Amazing scrambled eggs, sausages, cooked veggies with sausages, ham, salami, cheese, fruit, salads, freshly baked bread rolls, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, even “babovka” (sponge cake), etc. We will definitely be back.

Nothing at all.

The room was very nice, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was very friendly. After 22:30 it got quiet enough outside to sleep with the windows open... before that it was still a bit too noisy. The shower was tall enough for tall people, very good!

Despite breakfast being rated super well, it did not meet my expectations. Some more variety would be good, as well as separating meats/ cuts from cheese (!). Given the old historic building, the localities are the way they are, but the breakfast room was too small during peak hours. If breakfast gets improved, I would definitely stay again.

Incredible location just next to the Charles Bridge on the Mala Strana side of Prague. Perfect for exploring, and a tram stop nearby too that went to all the main sights. Easy check in, easy access to and from the building with door codes. HUGE rooms so plenty of space for luggage.

Being near main sites meant that street traffic could be a little noisy but the windows are double glazed so not too bad. The curtains don’t close properly so a lot of street light came into the room. The pillows however were awful, totally flat like a pancake and only one per person so that was probably the main annoyance with the room.

When looking for properties to stay in, I was afraid it was going to be busy and noisy but I was pleasantly surprised that even though it was in a busy area, it felt tucked away enough that it didn’t draw the amount of crowd from the bridge. The vibe was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. I was worried it wouldn’t be enough for my appetite, lol, but there was plenty of options. The cleanliness was great and this is one reason my I gave it a high rating.

It’s hard to say what not to like because I knew about the hotel with all the pictures they posted but if I were to point something out it would be the small shower. But this is a small thing to complain about because everything else was great.

Amazing location right next to Charles Bridge, within walking distance of most things, including 2 metro stations. l had a large spacious room with 2 windows, one overlooking Charles Bridge and the river, the other overlooking the spires of Prague castle and the cathedral - doesn't really get better than that! Very comfortable bed and white linen, room spacious and practical with good lighting, lots of storage spaces, a fridge, a seating area and a proper writing desk. Decent sized bathroom with plenty of good quality towels etc. Some basic toiletries are provided, like soap and hair and body wash, but you may want to bring your own, tbh. Good breakfast. Staff are professional, super polite and helpful and the hotel itself is very clean and comfortable in every way with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. One of the best hotels i've stayed in in Prague. Would stay again.

i thought the toiletries were rather basic, tbh, but that is a very minor detail in view of everything else about the hotel being so good.

The hotel is in an amazing location - right next to Charles Bridge - yet was surprisingly quiet! Staff are super kind and helpful; Ivaylo shared some great sightseeing tips and ideas for getting around town which was very much appreciated. The daily breakfast is ample and delicious, and the hotel has city sightseeing maps. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, and the self-check-in for late arrivals (after 7pm) was smooth and easy to navigate. A wonderful stay!

There wasn't a kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and sometimes it was necessary to wait a bit to grab a table at breakfast. The bed was also a bit hard for my liking, but I was overall comfortable and enjoyed my stay.
